Guy (named Neil and Bob) called and offered to suck my [***] for $$$.

What a putz...

I receved call from 866-661-5664 on my cell phone from some guy named silvester. Left a voice message stating that he was calling regard to an order delivered to my address. I had no delivery any kind recently.
After checking here comments by others I did not bother to call him. Looks like some scam artist.

I also  received a call from 866-661-5664 on my home phone from some guy named Silvester claiming he had a delivery for me. I figured him for a scam of one type or another and then checked here and found out that what he is exactly. I have been getting some deliveries lately and wondered how he got my home number which is not listed as such.This makes me think that he works for one of the companies I have ordered from recently or either one of the delivery companies or someone that works for one of these companies is selling lists of phone numbers.

They called me too. I am  on the Do not call list for what that is worth.

Just rec'd a call as well. 2 rings then disconnected. Googled the number and got this:

..I do trade stocks and do sign up for 'free email alerts' etc. If you trade, I'm guessing this number is for various trading venues.

I got a call about some trades I placed, from an "a**h***e"  named Brad. The vm that was left was pretty vague. So I did get suspicious nevertheless I did call to get more info before complaining to the FCC. A woman took the phone and said that Brad was a trader and the name of the company was "Market Services". These are scam artisit dealing withe the stock market is my guess.

I will send my complaints to the "do-not-call" web site. That will fix them.
