It's a debt collector.  Get your junk taken care of and they'll leave you alone

Multiple message back to back is unnecessary this is a harassament. If your call goes to voice message use logic sense that no one is at home. If you are a debt collector bottom line I don't owe you the debt. I don't care if the company forward my debt to you when I'm able to pay the debt I pay it to the company I owe and not a collection agency and I bet you the company that I owe the debt will not refuse to accept the payment you just don't get your commission.

I do owe the debt they are calling for but it's ridiculous when you tell them that you get paid once a month and yet they call every single day like I'm gonna find a pot of gold somewhere (after I told them to call on my paydays). They also want to charge me $6.99 for each payment I make, want my bank account number, and I was told by a Mr. Hamilton that he was digusted by me. I am not refusing to pay this debt but I will pay it to the owed company, not this jerk of a collection agency...this is plain harassment.

I get this call every morning around 8:30 am on my Work cell phone. I don't owe anyone anything and if I did it would not be associated with this cell number. Bogus Crap!

They  leave messages on my parent's answering machine , I gave them my new phone number but evidently they seem to want to harass my parent's , I did inform them that I am working with a debt consolidation group , but the calls keep coming to an old number that I am no longer reached at. struggling mother of two

Focus Receivables.... I've told them 20 times I'm NOT paying them anything. But, they still want to to call everyday and a recording comes on asking me to return a call for a very important business matter. I actually return their call just to tell them I'm not paying. Round and Round we go.... I won't pay and they won't stop calling. They should use the toll fees to clear the balance and actually come out ahead.

An employee of Lowes called me once for a payment.  I told him, "You can't get blood out of a turnip."  In turn he said, "That's why they don't give credit cards to vegetables, Ma'am."  I was insulted and called the next day and complained about the insult (time of call, etc.).  I owed them approximately $5,000 (my ex-husand and I had gone through a divorce while we were building a new home, and I was in terrible financial shape).  Well, I never received another bill--ever.  I assume they knew I could have sued their [***]!

Not only they were calling us, also other debt collection companies do.
The last name is totally different and they kept calling us every day.
ARE THEY ALL STUPID?
Anybody can work for debt collection companies?

Does anyone know what company they do collections for?  They called me, and left a voice mail, but they used my 1st ex-husbands last name.  the ONLY thing in that name is my IRS bill which is up to date.

You must be a scumbag working for these junk debt buying scumbags.

They buy debt that is CHARGED OFF from other companies.  They also call for other junk debt buying companies.  They buy old debt pennies on the dollar.  There are laws that they must follow, never talk to them, they can not threaten you with legal action unless they plan on going through with it and never give them any bank account info or post dated checks.  Tell them to go to hell.  If you're bored just play with them on the phone or just tell them to go f#@k themselves and hang up.  It's only a phone call after all, if they call you after you hang up on them then it is harassment.  They like to screw with people that don;t know the laws, educate yourselves, learn the FDCPA Laws.  Turn the tables against them.

This is the callback number indicated in the voicemail but there is no identification of who they need to talk to and no indentification of who is calling me just that it is a very important business matter.  It is very suspicious just getting a recording with no identification of who is calling me on the cell!!  I will not return the call unless they identify themselves first!!!

No business name left on voice mail -- just the 1-866-664-2513 number and a message saying "this is an important business matter that needs your attention."  These people harassess me daily with this junk voice mail.

I do not own any creditors any money.  Likely they have the wrong information.  Hmmmm.  Sounds like an extemely un-professional group!!
