it a bill collector some guy after 4 times calling he answered i told he called 3 times and if he did again i would report him to the fcc online then gavehim a polite good bye

North Plan Group - Some form of a clearinghouse.  Not sure what or who they are or what or who they are targeted to do or accomplish.  They do have correct names which they ask for when you pick up your phone but will not tell you who they are until they think they have the right person on the phone.  Next time I'm going to play dumb with them and tell them I am whoever they are looking for to find out who they are and when I do I will furture post here.   Of course they won't know that I'm not the person they are looking for and I'll let them know.  My number must have been used before and the person who had it is who these people are looking for I suppose.  My motto is this........... you phoned me, you tell me who you are otherwise, !@#$ -^&*

I've been getting calls from this number all afternoon and they don't leave a voicemail. So annoying.

I've been getting calls from them on my private line that is on the Do Not Call List and they don't leave a message either. Does anyone know how to file a complaint against this number with the FCC? I feel harassed.

Unfortunately, you really need to know who is calling and where they are calling from. The problem is that our Fair Debt Collections Laws which are there to protect us cause part of the problem, if they are a debt collector they can't tell you that unless they verify you are who they are calling, if they do, they violate the FDCA. So in the legal systems infinite wisdom they have actually made the calls worse! *sigh*
They ask for me, and when told I am unavailable and offered to take a message they just say they will call later.

THe guy is rude and plays it to make you feel dumb...annoying as hell.  how do i report these harassing, ANNOYING people from calling my LAN line and whenever they do call they never leave a message.  He had the nerve to ask me why I was yelling at him....I WAS YELLING AT HIM BECAUSE HE CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

they call at least 8 times a week sometime 3 times a day. I just keep a log of it for future reference. Quit annoying

I kept getting calls from this number day and night and they just hang up when ever I answer. So today I called them today and asked why they keep on calling me. They looked up my number and asked for a person that I haven't heard of. I told them this is a phone for a brand new house and no one in that name ever lived here. aThen they said they will remove my number as a bad number, from their caller list.

If they call your cell, add the number to your blacklist. If your cell doesn't have that option download an app that can block certain numbers you choose.

Northland Group- Debt collector.

They called, and swiftly said "This message is being recorded, may I speak to so and so."

They said the first part so fast, the usual human would have glossed over it. Having done writing work for debt collectors - I know their damnable tricks. I said we don't allow recorded calls. He then hung up.

Another item, the caller ID simply states an 800 number. By law they have to identify themselves. Having an 800 number truly skirts this.

BTW: I have no idea who the person they asked for is. Even if I did, I wouldn't tell them.

Leaches and blood suckers!

I have been getting numerous calls from 8666645018, sometimes several in one day.  I do not answer the phone for numbers I do not know, which makes this so much more annoying.  On my caller ID, I have 8 calls.  Ugh, make them stop……..
