Scam offering low-interest loans to refinance homes

CLAIMS TO BE AVAILABLE FOR LOANS TO COUNTY EMPLOYEES, RATES @ 4.25%, RECORDING, DIDN'T TRY TO CALL BACK.

got a call at work offering 4.5% interest rate on new homes .

also 100% financing on new homes for government workers good or bad credit.

Got a call at work offering 4.5% interest rate on new homes .

also 100% financing on new homes for Baltimore government employees.

Got a message on work phone.  Rates for Government employees.

Received generic phone message plugging mortgage loans and quick cash with no credit checks for State employees.  Called the number and got a recording by "Sam Fisher from Westar Mortgage." What particularly irks me is that I am a NEW State employee and my phone number is not widely known, as far as I know, but there are several directories that someone could have actively checked.  Just sharing the info.

Work in a state government office.  Called telling me to pass the word that with good or bad credit, they were offering 4.25% mortgages to state employees.  I did not call back, but would like to get these people to stop calling our office.

Same as all above - fed employee.  Anyone try calling and talking to someone?

I work in a Federal Agency located in Maryland. Multiple people in our office got this exactly same call. Filed a complaint with our IT and telephone security people. Let your co-workers know of this scam.

Work at Department of Energy, just got this same call...

I work for DHS and received the same call.  How in the word are the telemarketers getting numbers within the govt.

Anyway, all details are the same as above....spread the word to our Department, 4.25%, good credit/bad credit accepted, quick turnaround, etc.

Same thing.  3:34 p.m., Department of State

I am at Dept of Justice in DC.  Got the identical call at 10:15 this morning.
