Caller made call to my Landline Phone Number, when Answer Machine picked up, Caller hung up.  When number is called back, phone is Busy.  Most like this some type of Telemarketer i.e. Mortgage or Debt services related.  Have been receiving a huge volume of these types of calls for the last two years on and off.  Recently a new surge of these callers again.  Our phone providers are of no assistance with blocking or stopping these calls.  Since telephone services are fee based, our rights to privacy should  be protection options when we choose.

These people called my phone repeatedly today about 30 times.  I refused to answer after answering the first phone call and having someone trying to speak to me in a foreign accent.  I called the number back on a blocked line and they said "Hello, customer service". I asked whom it was and they said it was NetDebt a company that buys unsecured loans.  Whatever it is a scam.  I have never heard of these people either just another to add to the book.

We have signed up for the do not call list but still get calls from this phone number (866) 673-3918. We ask them to NOT call us but they ignore our request and each time they call they get more aggressive and rude.

Unknown caller ID'd himself as "Brandon". Yeah, right. Told him I was going to record the call, and he hung up at warp speed. If you record, you generally must notify them but notification is enough. Their permission is not required after you tell them. DO NOT record w/o notification. Suspect these these people are debt agencies who ping your credit looking for suckers.
