What company is using this number? thanks.

they been calling my wifes sister in laws house asking for me, i havent been living there for 2 years..I found out what company it is FMS Incorporated. That company is a collections agency. Also they got my last name correct. the funny thing is they where asking my first name like my buddies call me.. to funny. They are trying to get private info.

They are NOT with the IRS.  Just because their name is Financial Management Services and the IRS has a section by the same name, they are NOT the same.  But that's why they picked that name... to make it seem legit.  They are a shady collections agency.

They call allmost every day with amessage that asks me to press 1 to hear a message or dial an 866 number. I allways hang up. I don't owe anyone.

They have somehow gotten my cell phone number! And this is a prepaid cell, so I never answer. But the thing of it is, they have continually asked for someone different and NONE of the names are anyone who live in our home! I'd love to know  how to get them to stop as they have called during homeschool lessons and during the guitar, piano, or voice lessons I give!

I pay my bills on time, but these jerks call me every morning.

I have been receiving calls periodically saying that I owe a debt to Providian.  Upon verifying information with providian, I do not owe anything.  They say that you owe money and try to get you to settle and ask for a check or credit card.  They are very rude and have threatened me with judgments.  My advice is to send them a notarized from indicating that you do not owe any debt and forward a copy to the Federal Trade Comission

Wrong, they are a private collection agency that will hound you to relentlessly for someone else's debt.

THey have been calling my office number from the day I arrived at my new job. I hadn't even furnished any company with my new phone number. They are probably after someone else. They recently have changed their name as previous calls were calling themselves "Palisades" but the number is still the same as was the message (i.e. This is not a sales call). Maybe someone ought to report them to the IRS and get them on the receiving end of annoying calls.

These jerks call my home five to six times a day asking for another person and when I answered them the JERK who was as rude and slanderest demanded personal information for someone else, and tried threatening me. So I informed him that he was being recorded and the tape forwarded to the Attorney Generals' Office for investigation. To date I have not received another call.

This is FMS Inc.  I answered to a recording telling me to press 1 to speak to a representative or call some number.  I pressed 1 and was on hold for about 2-3 minutes.  Some girl came on there acting like I called them.  I told her I wanted to know why she was calling me, then she wanted my phone #.  I told her she should have it...they called me.  She said she didn't have it that I was transfered to her.  So I gave her my # and she said that she was calling about my OLD neighbor who hasn't lived there in about 6 months and did not have the same phone # we do.  She said she'd update the file and I told her to put my # on the do not call list or I was going to contact the Attorney General's office.  She assured me that they would never callagain.  We'll see!

Just got another call from these people this morning, they call me usually at 8:30am but today was about 10 or so, some weeks they call every day, sometimes only once a week, I'm not going to answer thanks to the information the people above call, but I'm really getting sick of this.

these morons keep ruining my sweet sleep, calling me between 8 - 11 am. Daily. They never leave a message, and I never answer. These people need to be severely punished for this... some of us need to get together and try to find them,and teach them some manners

These jerks keep calling my fax line! HELLOOOOO it's a fax number.

This company with a telephone # 866-675-1540 keeps on calling us and will just listen to your voice and then hang up. I decided to call and the person who answered recognize my number and started asking a question regarding a person who have the same last name as mine. The company name is FMS Incorporated. I filed a complaint to do not call list regarding this issue. Its really annoying because they will call almost everyday and will just listen and then hang up.

This number calls me at least 3 times a day. It's never a real person. It's always a sound-activated machine, which means you can answer the phone and as long as you don't make any noise, the machine won't say anything either. Kinda funny, but I'm sick and tired of the phone calls.
