Someone called from this Toll Free number.

This was a fax, the phone number to call back is 1-866-676-5744.  It is for the Presidential Who's Who.  I did I search for the company and 1 site poped up http://presidentialwhoswho.com/ but there is also http://presidentialwhoswho.net/  I went to both and they are the exact same....The contact information is different than what is on the site.  I am thinking about calling the company but I am not sure if this would make the situation better or worse for me.

I wouldn't bother calling, unless you just want to hassle them back. Check out the posts regarding their phone number 718-707-6638.

Rec'd junk fax from "Presidential Who's Who". I faxed back to these morons at 866-676-5744, that we don't want your junk faxes. This is like the fifth time, but they are insistent. Stupid people don't get the message, no matter how many times you tell him.

We recieved a fax, saying that our information was reviewed and accepted for inclusion of the 08-09 edition.  Edition of what?  What exactly is this and why if they reviewed our info do I have to give them info of what my business is or does?  The left the fax number for us to fax our info back to them, the 866-676 5744 by July 25th.

FU you detestable spamming rat POS. I wouldn't spend a penny on your sham Who's Who list that nobody will ever look at. You folks need to serve some jail time for illegal fax solicitations - YOU need to be on a Who's Who list of prisoners.

The rat scammer's phone number is 888-494-6794...Why not order 10,000 of his phony books (don't pay for it of course) and send them to Nigeria where the other rat scammers can then enjoy more spamming/scamming activities with people stupid enough to give their name to a spammer/scammer like MarkAnthony McGuiness.

Received unauthorized fax from Presidential Who's Who. Contact info was listed as Mark McGuiness, COO 888-494-6794 phone & 866-676-5744 fax.  It reads that they have reviewed my info & I was accepted but then asks me for the name of my co.,address, #'s, type of business. Sounds like fax sales (they don't even know who they are sending it to).

I just got one of those scam faxes.  I called the 888 number and told the guy he was operating illegally in violation of the can spam act, and why would he send out junk faxes that he knows are illegal.  He just said uh huh.  (duh)

Same spam faxes as all the above posts.  Please file FCC and BBB complaints and save all the faxes!

RECEIVED SAME FAX AS OTHERS EXCEPT FOR THE REPLY BY DATE (10-10-2008). SEEMS LIKE A QUESTIONABLE TACTIC TO SOLICIT COMPANY INFORMATION.

I also got a call today from a stephen peters from who's who that tried to sell me book, a plaque with my name on it and a certificate for the ONE LOW PRICE of $894.45 but when i declined he lowered the price to a ONE LOW PRICE of 684.75 and when I declined again, he said that he could give me the book & plaque for the one low price of $424.85 and when i declined again he said he got the thumbs UP from his supervisor to give me the Publication for the ONE LOW PRICE(TODAY ONLY) for $150.00. DO these scammers think that im gonna just yank out my credit card and thank them for scamming me...Get a real job you idiots....

File a complaint with the FCC for every junk fax that your receive from them. Sending unsolicited faxes is a Federal crime. Don't support any business that faxes an ad to you.

Presidential who's Who Scam

Hey thanks for the link. We've been trying to find where to send in a complaint this will come in real handy!

I received a call today on my cell phone with caller id 516 only, from Chris Caputo from Presidential Who's who telling me that I was the lucky nominee who was chosen in the 2010 Who's who directory. Then he informs me that for as little as 894.45$ I can have a bio with picture and company logo in their directory. I never even heard of them before I received their e-mail and went to check out their website. The website said it was a non profit, but I thought the more people find our company, the better. Too bad, another scam, 894$ for a directory and a plaque!? Wanted to know who I thanked for my award and the info they could send me in the following days. After he saw I wasn't interested, he dropped the price for the same bio without my picture in it or the plaque. When I still didn't bite, price when down again for a listing in the book I never heard about before and that I had to confirm tonight, so he could insert the info before the book goes to print! They asked to call back at 1-888-494-6794 ext 9926

No thank you Chris and Mark Anthony... Thank you everyone else online telling their experiences, so that no one ever gets caught up in these scams!

These rat [***] are at it again.  I just got another fax from MarkAnthony McGuiness, but this time the phone number is 516-368-9910.  The latest removal number is 877-652-3936.  Will be filing another FCC complaint and attaching my faxes.

Junk fax from Presidential Who's Who. Their website features Dee Wallace.  I'm sick of all the junk faxes I keep getting. Even when I sue them they just won't stop! I guess I'll be suing them too.

We got a fax from the Presidential whos who requesting response by NOV. 27. We dont want any more garbage faxes from these people and Im hoping they do not start calling us on the phone next.
