Call was an advertising scam looking for monies that are not due them

We have an unauthoized withdrawl from our account for $399.95.  The bank traced it back to this number!

I got the same thing and the bank is checking it now.  WHAT IS THIS COMPANY?

Had a charge on our credit card, this number was listed as the contact #  and the charge was for "American Online Yellow" on the credit card statement .  Called and finally after repeated times was actually able to talk with someone.  "Tim" said it was from a transaction that had been made by phone 8/21/08 and that we agreed on advertizing.  I told him that we had never agreed and whatever he interpreted from that call was incorrect and was unauthorized.  After asking to talk with someone who could actually clear up this promise, he put me on hold, then promtly came back and said he had recieved authority to void the account and credit back our credit card.  I was to receive a faxed confirmation.  Never received it that day.  Called number again, now there is no answer.

Charge appeared our our state government c/card.  Called this number  lat week that appeared on the charge. "Temporary out of service".  Today, I called it and recording answered Prime Liberty.  Searched internet for Prime Liberty....there is no such insurance agency registered per internet research.
