this so called company requested payment of a legit debt owed but when payment was submitted by credit card the bank called stating it was fraudulent. I am being harassed and threatened by a mr. Glover who is belligerent and extremely unprofessional and threatening. Please help

This is the message they left for me.... "I need to to call U.S, Marshall Grover at 866-685-1570. You have been accused of two felonies and U.S. Marshal Grover needs you to contact him within the hour to resolve this matter before warrants are issued for your arrest."  I have received these type of calls in the past also stating they had my work address and would be arriving to have me arrested before the end of business today if I did not take care of the matter.  When did I commit a felony let alone two of them.  I think if is a harassing collection agency trying to reach out and collect on something that happened in the 1990's

I received the same call/message from "Officer Marshall Grover" and just filed a complaint with the California State Department of Consumer Affairs, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Please do the same in your state asap if you want him to stop harassing you. It is a complete and total scam!!

This number keeps calling my family members and telling them that I listed them as contacts on some paperwork and that I need to call the number 866-685-1570 before tonight or else...some real litigation will happen! Do Not fall for these tricks, these people are bottom feeders.

Solicitation Fax received from "Clear Capital".  The number at the bottom of the page to be removed from their list = 866-685-1570 (which, or course, is not a working phone number).  I am greatly irritated these scammers have such free reign to waste so much Small Business Time, and get to hide behind non-working numbers.
