Rex Hospital billing dept left a voice mail.   I called back to clarify that the invoice (after insurances had paid their part)   had arrived only the day before ergo I had not yet paid it.  They were pleasant to me.

HIIPA (health privacy)requirements are strict.  Health care providers may only acknowledge they have business with you to anyone for whom you have given them (the providers) a written release. I know some who will not leave a vm, particularly if your vm greeting indicates your phone is used by someone other than yourself.

Worthwhile concept.  Too late, though; privacy is dead, dead, dead.

left a message with number only - what consumer would actually call back when they don't leave a name?

Six illegal calls to my phone.  Don't live anywhere near their hospital.  Turned them into do not call.

   REX Hospital, Raleigh NC ........... Harassing Phone calls, weekly occurrence.

collections....Criminal Harassment by debt collectors.

   Bill collector harassing me ...daily, they have called me three (3) times in the last 15 minutes.
They apparently have a robo caller......when you pickup, then you get connected to a live person.
   I have written this up ...before.    More ...."CRIMINAL" harassment........ surprisingly..... I am
NOT the person they are looking for.
