A guy called trying to offer me an MBNA Mastercard. Telemarketer!

MBNA Mastercard guy. I own an MBNA card and he was trying to sell me some sort of $0.99/$100 insurance that apparently only gets charged on your carryover amount that you don't pay off at the end of the month. Uh-huh.

Four calls in the last week. Am in Ontario, Canada

Called this number back, got a message: "Thank you for calling 24-7. We are a service bureau serving the private sector.  If you would like  your number removed please leave a detailed message with your name and number including area code and your number will be removed within 48 hours. Thank you and have a great day."

They call 6 or so times daily from this and 2 other numbers trying to sell us the insurance for our card which we have declined on numerous occasions. annoying to say the least

This number keeps calling but is just silent when I answer.  Probably receive at least 3 calls a day!

If you are a legitimate business why do you not show your name. I never answer any call that shows unknown number, blocked, 800 numbers that do not show who they are.  These people are consistent in pestering people.

Some kind of credit card scam.

Telemarketer for a credit card company...(VERY bad connection so it could be MNBA as stated above).  They knew the last name of our household though....

just called and told them to remove me.. hopefully they do.. i'm never home so i don't have a home phone.  it's even more annoying when these telemarketers call me because it's airtime..

offer for a credit card.  They call everyday, 2 to 4 times a day...

Same number the guy hang out. when I took the call.

Called immediately after some other bogus 866 number called. They're probably all linked. Tempted to get the law involved.

They call me every day in the middle of the afternoon. But I always filter my calls by listening first the message the caller let on my answerer. They never leave any message. Better, there able to not leave a message even if the answerer starts.

First and only time this guy has called me. He knew my name and old address and told me I qualified for a platinum plus credit card from mbna. I told him I don't live there anymore and I am not interested. He told me the benefits of getting the card but I couldn't understand him very well because he talked too fast. I told him I was quite happy without any credit cards. He asked why I would want to spend cash when I am not rewarded for it. I told about rewards programs that I was involved in without using a credit card. he was at a loss for words  and that ended the phone call.

Wanted to send me a platinum MBNA Credit Card. all they needed to do was confirm my mailing address.

Consumer complaint about Zenica Optical, in First Markham Place Mall, do not go back there for eyeglasses cleaning, staff will damage your lens and try to sell you a new eyeglasses.

Check your eyeglasses very carefully if you bought from there.

They think they could made excuses to fool the customer.

They are selling damage lens as brand new.

Unprofessional, unreliable, greedy, tricky company, cannot trust this Zenica Optical.
