Calls once or twice in the evening and never leaves a message.  ID says "unknown" but shows number.  If they call during the day I don't know as I'm always at work.

Automated message left on answering machine: Voice of a thirty-something male with an English accent stating he is calling for; (female automated voice announces your name - then back to male's voice)he asks for a call back at his toll free number of 866-705-9580.  He states that it is not a telemarketing phone call, that it is an offer solely intended for the person called.

I would think that this might be a credit collector, but I do not have any delinquint accounts (at this time)

Annoying, at best.  Automated message directed to someone who does not even live here. Invasion of privacy !!!

I am getting different people calling me from this number. All they say is their name and that it is important that I return their call. I called back durring off hours and got an answering machine message from a company called Protocal Recovery Service.

This number just started calling me tonight...it was just about 9pm. I thought this is kind of late for anyone (telemarketer, or for collections of anykind). I will report back here if they continue. I get a million calls a day from student loan consolidation places, and just assumed that is what this was. I guess I will try to call it back to see what they say...

Someone from this number called my ex-husband's number and left several messages. I haven't lived there in 9 years. I called the number they left and got an answering machine. The message said that it was Protocol Recovery Services. I got the answering machine because apparently they are closed on Saturdays.

Jim from this number has been calling in the past and even called my sister on her unlisted number looking for me. It is a collection agency from some capitol one credit card I havent use din forever. He agreed in the past to quit calling my sister but apparently didnt keep his word. I called on a saturday adn was told to call him monday. In the past he also mentioned just passing my acct on to their next level of collections but apparently didnt do this either.

I keep getting calls from this place. It's annoying that they rarely say who they are. As if I'll pick up the phone or call back without them telling me who is calling!

I've told them to stop, and they stop for a few weeks and then they call right back.

Whoever it is they are looking for, he must owe some serious money.

They try to collect on debts already paid.
Woman on the phone said they buy debts from Sears, Capital One and others.
She was a nice person, company is bottom feeders  :)

Early on a Saturday morning I got a recorded call saying to call 1-866-705-9580. No name was given or what the call was about.  The message just kept repeating itself...it was a males voice.  After checking online I ended up on this site and found the name of the company.  I also found another number for them 1-850-769-0165.  I called the 866 number and spoke with someone named Michelle.  She said they were looking for someone named Shaun, when I told her that no one with that name lived here and never had she sounded as though she didn't believe me, but said she would remove my number. When I asked where she got my number from she said she didn't know and tried to make it seem as though this person had this number at one time...I informed her that I had this number for over 30 years.  She didn't want to talk and more.

I have been receiveing about three calls a day from this place. I am never home when they call but they leave a ton of automated messages. I recently moved into a new home and recieved my current phone number that has been receiving these calls. I am assuming that they seem to be looking for the previous owner who had a different phone number as I have recieved calls from other debt agencies looking for them. I am also assuming they did a reverse search on my address to get this number. It's really very annoying.

Collecters, just ignore them..

1-866-705-9580 called once and left a message. No reason for them to be calling me, so I stored their # on cell phone as WRONG # so now I know to never answer it. They've called twice in 20 days.

1-800-705-9580 caller ID lists Toll Free. I answered the call several times, they are looking for someone named Saul. Have replied I am not Saul. I refuse to keep answering the calls. They say they are PROTOCOL RECOVERY SERVICE a collection agency, then they ask if I know anyone named Saul at my address. Again reply no i know Saul.

They keep calling me keep tell them there is no person here with that name

got call from 850-769-0165. Got a voice message from Mr. Mathew O'Brian to call back at 866-705-9580 by 9pm today... deadbeats!

Called this morning, no message. I see from the posts above it might be Protocol Recovery and since they've called here a few times with the id showing that name on previous calls, best bet that it's them again on this unknown #. They never leave a message...

I am getting calls from this number and it is linked to Protocal Recovery Agency and i have no ideal what they want,a debit from someone i guess,i just got this number about 4 months ago.
