Survey from Excel Direct for delivery of furniture item

I did not answer the call so the caller left an automated voicemail from JC Penney asking about my satisfaction with a recent home furnishing purchase that was delivered to me home.  The message included a phone number to opt out of future calls: 866-536-0359.

Makes me rethink buying something from JC Penny again.

You realize that the company that does the deliveries is not a part of jcpenney, right?  We do not run the company, nor do we have any control over their staffing.
