We keep getting calls from this number, sometime several times a day telling us that a a letter they had sent us was returned and they needed to get in touch with us.  Please press 1 and talk to the customer service rep.  It always says that no rep is available but to call the number and talk to someone.  
A year or so ago we did business with a prepaid telephone service in order to allow a relative in prison to call us collect.  The name on the caller ID is either that one or a similar name but I did not write it down.
I do believe this call is bogus and there is some kind of charge initiated when 1 is pressed.

We too are getting calls at 4 minutes past the hour every hour from 9:04 am on.   If you push one either nothing happens or nobody is available at this time.   I called the number and got the trailer that "your call cannot be completed as dialed".   The calls started 2 days ago and run all day and into the evening.

"your call cannot be completed as dialed" means the number on your CallerID is spoofed http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caller_ID_spoofing and the caller should be treated as hostile.

This number dialing us and one of my sisters is driving us nuts!

I am getting these calls on an hourly basis, I have no idea why. If this continues I am calling first thing Monday morning to the District Attorney's office in Phoenix. This is harassment, I am a senior citizen with a heart conditionn

We have had more than 15 calls in the last few days from this number (866-711-6846). Caller ID just says "TOLL FREE" and the message says "This is Correctional Billing Services." The recording says they sent a letter to us but it was returned as undelivered and we should press 1 to talk to customer service or dial a number they provide so they can get our correct address. It's harassment and probably a scam of some sort. We have no billing issues with any companies, have received all of the bills we normally do, and have been at the same address for more than 30 years.We're not answering these calls, and it is definitely annoying.

O.K., y'all, here's an update. I Googled the 866 number, and it came back to a company called
Securus Correctional Billing Service, out of Dallas.  Their phone is 800 844-6591.  Their homepage says they have customer service 24/7, and after a very lengthly hold, I finally got a real human being on the phone named David G.  He sounded like a nice guy, sincere, and explained that it is not a scam, but some kind of a computer problem/glitch that got worse over the last 48 hrs.  They are working hard throughout the weekend trying to resolve it , and sounds like they have had several complaints already. The problem is supposed to be fixed tomorrow when full staffing returns to that department.

I too am receiving numerous calls from this number.  At least once every hour and a half throughout the day.  I am ready to report the calls to the Attorney General's office.

You are getting the call because Arizona Department of Corrections is changing phone providers for the prison system.  The new company is Securus, http://www.securustech.net/, #1-800-844-6591

We've been getting calls at all hours of day and night from Securus also with a number 866-718-4777.  It is sooooo annoying.  We registered at donotcall.gov some time ago, reported it to our phone carrier, and tried to reach securus to no avail, only getting voice commands on every option.  Someone told me to push 5 when given voice command options.  If we ever get through we'll tell them that if they don't stop this we'll report them to the attorney general as do not call advises.  If you have effective help that works let me know, please.
