Getting calls from this number 866-721-9387 and also 866-721-9386 so has to be same sleezy outfit.

Called in the evening - no response to my hello - I hung up.  Caller  ID shows phone # but name unavailable.

Probably a phone scanner.  They dial lists of numbers to determine if they are FAX, computer or voice.  (Voice == no carrier for digital communications, but answered w/in a certain # of rings.)  These are aggregated and sold to telemarketers.  

I've noted patterns like this in the past.  Answer it, and in a few weeks you start getting flooded with unwanted calls.

This number has been calling my phone every night...so much for being on the "do not call" list...stupid telemarketers.

This caller is persistent!!!  Called twice today!

I recieve these calls as well, they never leave a message just hangs up.  I also found out that this is the Republican National party looking for donantions.  First of all it is too soon for these political races.  Seams like every year it gets earlier when campaigning begins.  I have answered these calls and asked not to call me again.

New one tonight..another caller to contend with day and night.  As if anyone would donate over the phone no matter what the cause.  What a racket...word to the telemarketers: there are better jobs than yours...keep looking!!

Still calling....lets it ring until answer machine picks up then hangs up.  Next time will disconnect as soon as ID appears.

Caller ID says 800 Service.  Number listed is 866-721-9387 you can call the 866 number I listed and opt to have you phone number removed.  It is a telemarketing company that works for multiple non-profit and for profit agencies.

Have no idea who they are? I am on the DNC list.... I don't want their calls!!! What a pain in the ***!!

At least 8 phone calls from this number beginning early in the morning and I refuse to answer.  Phone calls are becoming annoying and although I am a continuous registrant on DNC list, the calls continue.  Do not desire these calls and have a very ill person who these calls are exacerbation medical conditions.  How can I get this to stop?  Very persistent.  Nuisance calls at all hours. Suspect this could be RNC for donations or other telemarketers.

Have received many many calls from this # at all hours but don't answer. Call them back! You get a recording saying they call on behalf of political and non-profit orgs. You can then enter your tel # and asked to be taken off their list. Hoping it works!

I answered and some young girl asked for my husband.  When I asked to take a message, she said she would try back and hung up on me.  I called the number back and reached a Verizon wireless customer.  It's like I was rerouted to a regular person.  Now that I know the number, I'll have my husband's referee whistle handy.  It may not keep them from calling, but it will make me feel better.

7 calls in the last 5 days. I am on the DNC list and do not answer unknown calls from 800 service. Annoying!! How can I block this number?

I call back and continue to press one and then put in my telephone # wanting to be removed from their calling list... That does not work...

Just started getting calls from them? Don't answer then but they will call 3 times a day!
Going to report them to the PA Attorney General.... They will fine them!!

Mass marketer for political organisations - called them back and used the "remove my number" option. Also blocked the number with my trusty Panasonic cordless phone.

Just got a hang up from this number.  Second time in three days.   I now have a call blocking device and can block any call with a push of a single button.  Now their auto dialer talks to my call blocker and my phone doesn't even ring.    Best $100 I ever spent.
