Who? and Why?

Received same call at least three times over the past week.  Recorded message says "This is Anna."  She gives the number to call, says it is important and don't disregard.  Never gives a company name, never gives a reason.  At the end of the message, she says to press 1 to connect or gives the number 866-732-1624 to call back.

been getting the same call from an automatic dialer from anna who says it is not a collection call and is very important that the call is returned today.  end of msg also says to press 1 to be connected during the call but then the system hangs up real fast.  My call is being received on one of several cell phones i have for the family.

It IS a collection agency. Don't let the machine lie to you. The man when I called it back wouldn't tell me their name. But after my conversation prying for answers it appears to be a real collection agency. Might be good idea to find out why they are calling you...

constant calls. week after week. "This is not a sales call." Call the number and closed from 8-5.

This is a collection agency. I found out when I called. They will not tell you who they are or anything until you give them your name, or other identifying properties. I called them and they are very rude and unprofessional. I was honestly unaware of the debt as the bill they were inquiring about was from an old ambulance ride. At the time I was covered under BC/BS and I never got a letter stating that I owed anything. I counted the bill as paid by my insurance company.... (guess not I guess)Anyway, I paid my outstanding bill, after asking to be transferred to a "more intelligent person"!! If anyone wants to screw with their phone systems let me know, we can flood their IVR and intrude into their local network and do a number on their servers if I can get access, and bring them to their knees for a day or two, exactly where they belong!!
