They keep on calling...

Call yesterday and today, with no one on the other end when I answer. Did *69, thinking it was something else, and got a "welcome to Bell moblité, and thank you for your participation at our online survey", on and on and on, since I didn't want to press 1 or 2 for french or english...

Call 3 times already today, no one talks and cannot call them back.

They keep on calling then hangup.  Can we find out who they are and take them to court?

They called me 4x since posting.

I called the # back this time, you guys are right a Bell Mobility survey. So I called Bell and was told there was nothing they could do for me since I was not a Bell customer, but I could pay to have the # blocked from my service provider (Rogers).

Yup, I called it back, too.  Bell Mobility doing some kind of survey.  I, too, didn't go past the "press 1 for English, 2 for French" thing.  I did try pressing "0" but was told by the automated voice that that was not a valid response.  Next step... I'll email Bell Mobility.  I had 2 cell phones with Bell Mobility.  One I dumped in February and the other I dumped just a couple of weeks ago.  Bell is a company that I will NEVER deal with again and they keep after you.  I wonder how many people who are being called by this number perhaps used to be a Bell or Bell Mobility customer?

Same issues. 4 calls in one hour, no one answers, nothoing there, no message left when calls are missed. Anyone know what this is?

They have called 3 times so far today. Hanging up after the call. Are they trying toskirt the new telemarketing laws?

Call Bell Mobility and complain they will block the number from calling you again...

Since yesterday, I've received 4 calls from this number.  I left Bell Mobility last week.  Before, I leaving the cie, I never received those calls now that I'm not with them, they're calling.  

What a pain in the you know where!

I get called at least 3 times a night by this number, I know it's Bell mobility, I've called Bell but they deny doing any automatic calls. I VERY FED UP WITH THIS AND IT ADDS ANOTHER REASON AS TO WHY I'VE STOPPED USING BELL AND NEVER WILL USE THEIR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE !!!!

Kept getting calls up to four times a a day from this number. Finally took their stupid survey if only to tell them what I thought of their crappy service and was rewarded at the end with a direct number to their loyalty department - 1 800 356 8992. I call it now whenever I feel like wasting their time...

I got three in a row calls from 866-733-1560 today, no message, no nothing.  I left Bell a month ago, with darn good reason - Bell Cell Hell - I am on the verge of starting an action against them.  Check out the complaints on the Better Business Bureau.

Thanks for posting the direct number to the "loyalty dept."   Just got off the phone with them and gave them an ear full.  Anyways, they said they will be able to stop this.  So anyone having problems .. call the direct number posted above ..... again thanks everyone!

This number called me 3x today. When I answered (3rd time), it hang up. I haven't called back. It haven't called me since I answered though. Hope it doesn't call again!

Thanks for posting the Loyalty number. I spoke with them and they assured me that the calls will stop. I dumped Bell 2 months ago, it was a great decision.
