Someone left a business card in my door after 8:00 p.m. with the name Charles Hart.  It was from a company called ARS Investigation.  Not knowing if they were looking for Charles Hart or if the person who left the card was Charles Hart I called the # and was referred to an automatic voice told me to leave my name and then transfered me to the extension on the card, I had to leave a message so someone could return my call.  My message basically said "I have no clue who you are or why you left a card at my residence, are you Charles Hart or are you looking for Charles Hart.  If you are looking for him he is not at my residence."

Can anyone tell me who this place (ARS Investigation) is and if they are a scam or not?

ARS INVESTIGATIONS IS A LEGIT FIRM...THEY DO FINANCIAL FRAUD INVESTIGATING FOR TONS OF BANKS.....THEY ARE SERIOUS AND REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF..IF YOU ARE A SUBJECT OF THEIRS THEY WILL FIND YOU....THEY DO NOT PLAY, I KNOW THEY WERE LOOKING FOR ME AND FOUND ME

All the classic signs of a debt collector posing online as a consumer...typing in all caps...dire warnings about a firm being "legit"...and then phony claims of being "found" by the debt collector.

Hey, Paranoid...if your company was as on the level, you wouldn't have to stoop to posting these fake messages.

I want to file a complaint about harrassing cards left on my door from this company. I do not know them or owe them anything.

i too recieved a yard full of flyers. which is illegal and menacing.  in columbus, ohio it carries a 500 dollar fine i took pictures and filed a police report for harrassment.  i really just wanna see him come back on my property.

This company is just a debt collector or a classic repo guys. They came to my house and they had a badge, they said that they work with DPS and that they are investigating a fraud to a financial institutions and it is a felony class 8. HAHAHA how stupid this is a complete lie. Next time you get one of this trash people call the police they do no work with DPS and do not open your door. They are impersonating a Police Officer. DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER this is a repo company.
