Mixed french and english, insistent request to call toll-free number (no way!)

This one's name is Anna Marie Vouth she also calls from 1-866-480-5667 with a DDL message.  Get her address and I'll sue her for sure.

they (1-866-742-5318) called me 3 times last night... They leave me a message, with no name... who's??? Did you call back them???

I got this call also. But i did not respond. If someone gets the call can you guys try to get them to give the company from wich they are calling for and please take down their employee number. That way there might be something to do with them!

I have been getting calls daily from this (866-742-5318) and have finally had the chance to spend hours getting nowhere. My wife got a call a few days ago and the lady identified the company as IQOR. I did some research and they are a collections company. I have a few lawyers salivating over this now just waiting for a chance to get at these people. If you have been contacted by them, please send me your results and any names and numbers you might have. we are putting a "greatest hits" collection together. I have recently come into some money because of an inheritance, so I don’t need the money. We are going to take this company to the cleaners (don’t care what it costs) to help as many people as I can and donate the proceeds to my favorite charity.

I got a voice mail telling me to call 886-742-5318 as well.
This is a scam right? It's the first one I've gotten by phone and I'm a little worried

I get a message from 1-866-742-5318 about once a week. They don't identify themselves. A woman's voice, in a French accent, asks to call them back "to discuss this matter." (What matter?) She says to use a "reference I.D." when calling back. The reference I.D. is cited by a recording of another woman's voice. A man's voice comes on to have the reference I.D. recording repeated.

It could be NCO that uses this phone number. I think they are used by Capital One. The only dealings I have with Capital One is tossing their junk mail into the recycling bin. Capitol One quite often follows up their junk mail with a junk phone call.

Got the same calls, its been over two weeks, I finally called and waited 5mins listening to music. I end up hang up. This company can't be legit. No names, no nothing. Hope somebody those something about it. If i ever decide to call back, ill let you guys know the details

This company is from IQOR Canada....They call me frequently about a loan I owe to Dell Canada.....they are a legit company but have ZERO communication skills. Good luck dealing with these a$$holes as they are vultures.

I have been called every day for the past 3 months from phone number 1-866-742-5318 not be given any reason. I callled back and asked to be put on the "Do not call list". A French lady answered the phone and hunged up on me without any explanation. This is outrageous.

Just got this same call. Sounds like a scam. I have no debt...

They are hired by companies to recover unpaid bills... extremely annoying.
Lots of complaints have been made regarding the attitude agents have with the clients

Two days in a row, this number calls my cell and let's it ring once. I tried calling back and got a recording in French. My call was never answered, it just rings and rings and rings.

I also have been getting the exact same call every day. The first call I received I ignored because I didn't recognize it and they left a message. I never called back because it seemed to be a scam. Now I get a call almost every day for the past 2 months and my phone rings once and they hang up. This is really frustrating.

I have also had this number call my cell every day for past two weeks. One ring always. Haven't tried calling them back. Definetly frustrating.

I called back 1-866-742-5318.
I was told that they were calling on behalf of NCO financial.
I know for a fact that I have no debt and all the information they had they could gain from a reverse lookup phone number tool, or having access to some cell phone database of customers.

I them they had an incorrect name they were referencing and they didnt debate and removed me from the call list. Its strange they would not debate having corrwct information or ask for details.

I also found it strange that when you call the dialtone rings like its an IP phone.
Also strange that when you get put on hold and listen to hold music, its the same song as Bell Mobility has for their customer care. Its a cheap reacording and replay of Bell's hold music.

A woman answered in french and then engish. Im finding that to be a common instance with what others have posted.

I would be curious to know whether most of those getting this call are Bell Mobility customers.
Access to Bell's customer database would give a number of personal details.
Also the bell hold music is specifically from bell internal helpdesk.
