msj - 15 Jul 2008this is credit bureau collection services trying to collect a debt....i tell them the person they are looking for no longer exists....they are stupid enough to ask what that means.

Groveport, Oh - 16 Jul 2008I called the number back because I'm sick of this crap coming to my cell. I held for 5 mins and the woman said they are CBCS. They asked my number to let me know who they're looking for and guess what....it wasn't me.

Jenna - 22 Jul 2008your problem is with the phone company. I had the same problem. My phone company recycles numbers too quickly and doesn't give anyone a chance to realize she had her phone shut off.

bck - 20 Jul 2008this number has been showing up on my son's cell phone for months. (he's 11) when i call them back, they are looking for someone i don't know and of whom i've never even heard. i explained this and stated they are calling the cell phone of a child. two separate times they've apologized and stated they'll remove the number and he just received another call from this number. i've instructed him not to answer, but how can i go about filing some sort of official complaint against them to make them finally stop. i don't want to change my son's phone number and put him through this inconvenience. can someone give me any advice?

This number calls me seemingly at random, every several months. They are tricky - when you call back, the automatic answering service doesn't identify the caller.

ImNotOaky - 22 Jul 2008Said they were AEP and that I owed them 900 bucks and they wanted my address I tell them no but they can email the so called bill to me, They said they dont do that.
I asked them who they were they said BBC I then asked what it meant they said nothing just BBC. I also asked what there BBC does they siad alot of things.
So I called the real AEP and they asked me for my SSN I gave it to themn they siad there was no record of me at all, I replyed yes I know I've never dealt with your company in my life.

annoyed - 26 Sep 2008this company has been calling me for about a year. I've sent the letters and faxes to get them to stop calling me and EVERYTIME they somehow lose them or never receive them. this company is a joke. they team up with rental properties to scam people out of money that they can't afford to lose.
