Who is RAYMOND STILLWELL? This Pinnacle keeps calling me too!!!

These guys keep threatening me too.  They said if I didn't pay a lump sum by a certain date they were going to take me to court.  That has been several weeks ago and I haven't paid them nor have I gotten served.  Has any one else gotten taken to court by them?  Are they just full of hollow threats?  I hope so.  Any one know?

called requesting help locating a Donald Woods for a lawsuit due in our county on the 16th. the message left referred to call back 866/751-2884 x2, Frank Timonti,director of operations. file id # 102756-09.

Called my cell phone asking for husband. Gave me this as a call back number. Man named Jack Malone from Pinnacle Asset Group saying a suit would be filed against my husband, and they needed some information. They would rather settle this than file suit. Having gotten calls like this before from other numbers, I just assume it is another scam.

I just got a call from Pinnacle Asset Group_ same number everyone else has been called from. She said, we are in the process of a civil litigation suit from an associate you may have a relationship with or something like that. How weird. I googled them and found very little. Her message wasn't at all threatening but definately had an officious tone to it. I guess I don't need to call right?

I keep getting calls from this Frank Timonti and he said to me when I spoke to him that if I didn't pay this debt to Washington Mutual for a credit card that they would revoke my driving priviledges and seize my bank account. If this is not threatening you, I don't know what is. What should I do?

I just helped my daughter settle her debt with Mr. Taimani for a similar debt with the same lendor you mentioned.. They execute civil judgments which means bank levies.. wage attachments& state tax & property liens are all availble remedies for him & his firm to use for forcable recovery if you decide to not pay and they file against you... this wasnt a chance we were willing to take .. the license suspension is somthing that happns due to the expense of the lawsuit and unpaid fees to the court.. that can happen but only by the county to enforce due to non- payment of the fees for the suit... P.S .. He was very informative and helpfull ..  Theres nothing threatening about being legaly notified of what they'r going to do if you dont pay !!!  Its better than suddenly being served without notice and having a garnishment which is wht happen to me a few years back from the same thing but different office..

I love how the Debt collectors surf these sites and give Bogus Information to throw people off the real fact they are breaking the law. I just settled a suit with a company using these types of tactics, and guess what?....IT'S ILLEGAL!!! They cannot tell you they are taking you to court, going to throw you in jail, revoke your license....NO THREATS!! If they do, you can take them to court, have the debt removed, and get $1000 for the trouble, along with them paying you lawyer fees!! just Google Fair Credit Act or Attorneys of Consumers. Trust me, it feels good sticking them where it hurts!!

I got a message on my grandmothers phone from David Castle saying me or my attorney needed to settle a claim with the municipal court by Thursday or I was going to jail.

Mr Timani called me claiming to be the director of the company, saying that his firm is going to be the firm that represents HSBC against me in court if I don't agree to a settlement to pay my alleged debt.  I am permanently disabled, on a limited income, my disabled ex-husband passed away 4 1/2 years ago, and I can't even afford to see a dentist for my hurting tooth.  My fiance' lost his job in March '09, and I don't even own a car. After I told him all this, he told me I was being nonchalant about paying off my my debts, and then told me to be an adult when I told him he was using embarrassment tactics. Then he hung up on me.  That's alright, I have the call on recording. He told several lies in his call, and I can use it in court as evidence.

If You spent as much time trying to figure out a way to pay your bills or re-establishing your credit as you did blogging about the collection calls you've received maybe you wouldnt have to deal with any calls PERIOD. But I guess thats just me !!!

P.S. Its Only embarrsing if its true "Murr Captain" but then again since your fiance' has no job & you have no car I guess not much would embarass you now would it  !?!?!?!?!

Mr. Frank Taimani used to work for Aurora Gold & Associates LLC.
The same Aurora Gold & Associates that have been sued out of business due to illegal conduct and practices.

Don't listen to what we say about us suing you. Its illegal for us to do that. I would quit... but... I don't know....

I find it kind of funny that you will say those things but not respond when someone asks for your help!
