This is the worst offender of 40-50 different numbers that have phoned me in the past two months, asking for someone whose name I don't know, supposedly in response to a loan request.  Initially I answered and explained that the person they were attempting to reach had no connection with my telephone number, but most of the callers were abusive and interested only in talking, not listening.  After a few days of that and with the number of calls mounting, I let them all go to a generic voicemail message with no identifying information.  From hundreds of calls, only three messages were ever left -- all from this number, all abusive and threatening and very vague as to why they were calling.  Two months later, the calls are waning, yet I still get two or three sometimes more calls each day from this number.

I have never applied for any sort of loan online, nor any payday type of loan ever, nor any loan at all in the past several years.  I have no connection to the person the callers ask for, and half suspect that that person's name is simply a scam, a foot in the door to try to get something out of any random person.

I just got a call from the number. I didn't answer cuz I never answer on the first ring. I waited to see if they would leave a voicemail and they didn't. So I called it back and they immediately said ashley we need to talk to you. Are you Ashley? I Hung up and saved the number in my contacts under "Shut Up [***]" and it is set to to go strait to voicemail! So there...problem solved...they can kissy ass!

Wow so these bozo's are employed and paid to harass us over the phone; I serve the Navy for 20 years and can't seem to get hired anywhere...things that make ya go hmmmm....

My case is little different from you all, they are giving a missed calls on my cell sometime 1 or 2 rings only, when i checked this blog I put this number on my do not call list.. thanks everyone for your post...

I get 20 calls a day Scam Scam Scam from India. One day I answered you don't want to know what I told them and then Blew a Loud Whistle in there ear. So they called back on a different phone numbers. people listen report all the numbers to the police. They use different phone numbers. Or keep calling them back they get pissed off. I have called them back and they just get so mad they curse at you. They need to stop.

Just received call.  Said that they were payday loan consolidation company and did I want to consolidate and pay-off my internet loans.  I paid the last of them this September and will take out no more!  I told them that I did not have anymore of them.  It sounded like they were recording or something, because every brief phrase that I said echoed back at me.  They them hung up.  I have had about 5 similar places call me, though.  The numbers that they used were different and they did claim to be law enforcement officers and said that there was a warrant out for my arrest for false stuff.  They need to be stopped!

I recieved a call from this number 1-866-758-1083 they are harassing phone calls 20 a day.  Sound like they are from India and it is a scam!!!!!!!  Do not give them any of your personal information......  They are trying to beat people out of their money and bank information.  Tell them to go to H***..... Hope you all listen and don't give out any personal info because this is what they want.. Have a nice day!
