these people called and said they were filing 2 counts of fraud and 1 count of wire fraud towards me in Oklahoma county then proceeded to threaten my mother with court.

These people called my company and told them they had some papers to file against me.  The person they spoke with at my employeer said they sounded shady but wanted to pas the info over to me.  They did not give a compnay name only the phone number and what they called a docket number.  I called the number and they would not give me any information without me giving them my social security number which I would not do.

these same ppl called me and said they were from a kimberly taylor (never gave a company name)  summons division reference dallas county courts and try to get a summons out to me....this lady sounds really weird and just not right!  plus what Rhonda wrote above there is no way i'm calling these ppl..thanks Rhonda for the info...you always know that when someone calls and leaves that kind of a message that its a fake and just trying to scare u into paying for something that isnt yours. I've honestly tried to deal with these ppl but they dont want take $25 a month, they want a $250.00 down payment with a $200 a month payment, i dont have that, who does in this day & time??

Also, they had an old, old address on me and if they had done any research at all they would see i dont live at that address anymore and havent for over 5 years!! all they know is scare tactics to try to scare you into paying, dont fall for it, it's just a scam!!

A Nicole Payne called twice from an unknown number.  She left 2 voicemail messages within 3 min of each other stating that she was from the Process Summons Division.  The first message stated that deputies would be coming to my place of employment and my current home address to serve me papers.  They had the wrong place of employment listed considering that I have not worked at the organization in 6 years.  The second message reiterated deputies coming to my place of employment and current home address.  She stated that she would draw up paperwork for my brother, his ex mother in law, my mother and someone else who is not related to me to have them subpoenaed to testify as character witnesses in my court hearing.  She then went on to say that if I wanted to avoid any legal proceedings to contact her by the end of business at 866-758-3807, ext. 152 and reference a particular case file number.  These people are a joke.  She ended each message with," You have been officially notified of the investigation.  Good luck."  I will continue to ignore these fools and report them to the FTC.
