Kept calling me at my home # and now my cell...its a scam.

They asked for mom mother by name. They said something about a claim. Called themselves harbinger group. Threatened to contact my mom's employer. Yea, she's disabled and lives with me.

Just received a call from them.  I hung up on them.  Something about a claim with my social ss #.  Anything legal would would come in mail by letter.

Receiving several call from this number. Would like this to stop.

Received a call from them today. Didn't leave a message. No clue who they are.

they try to make it sound like a "claim" but as stated above, if they want info from me, they need to ask for it in writing.

almost everyday about 3 times a day , I receive calls from this number. My credit report is fine. I have nothing against me. They keep saying that they have a claim against me and my ss number. They have called my job and other family members trying to get personal info from me. They leave a recording stating this is Susan Hayword from the harbinger group. I have never heard about this. They said to call this number for a claim-866-761-3023. This is fraud. Please do not even answer or give out any info.  I have contacted the ftc,fbi and local police. They need to be caught. They aren't too smart anyway.

I got a call from them too. I told them that they have the wrong number.

KEEP RECEIVING RECORDED MESSAGES TO CALL THEM BACK. BECASUE THERE'S NO ONE ON THE LINE, i CALLED BACK TO TELL THEM THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER AND TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR DATA BASE.
INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING THEY HARASSED ME BY IGNORING THAT I'M NOT WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR, TALK LOUDER OVER WHATEVER i'M SAYING AND DEMANDING I PUT THIS PERSON ON THE PHONE!! I JUST HAD TO HUNG UP AND GOOGLE THE NUMBER TO FIND OUT THEY ARE DOING THIS TO OTHERS....HOW CAN WE STOP THIS?

Let them know the next time they call they are violating the FDCPA and FDCPA by intentionally harassing a non-debtor, and you intend to seek legal counsel and sue them if the calls do not stop.

That should have read the FDCPA and TCPA. Sorry about that!

A few "ring & hangs" on unlisted wireless devices; no message.

Received calls from this company on my Cell phone- said they were calling for my husband and wanted me to verify his social security number, date of birth, and address- I refused to provide any information. They would not tell me why they were calling-when I refused to give any info-he said he had all the info he needed and went to transfer me to his manager. Even called me by my first name which is not appreciated at all- I will block the number and report as harassment.
