tp25 Jun 2007- These guys are a credit card machine leasing company. I have a lease with them and they call all day long and when I answer, it hangs up. I finally called the number and told them that I dont mind talking to someone but if these hang calls persist I was going to file a complaint with the attorney generals office for harassment, the gentleman told me it wouldnt happen again.
- I am a CPA in Oklahoma, and I have a client who is being abused by this company. I believe they are in a scheme with the sales company out of Florida to sell the CC machines to small businesses, promising them a full refund if they are not happy with the service and would like to return the machine. My client has closed his store, is still making payments on a machine he is not using (to protect his credit) and has never been able to get any information out of anyone. He closed his business bank account because they continued to make unauthorized withdrawals, and though he has been mailing in checks for his payments they recently processed an ACH from his personal account! - I got a call from 866-781-0411 today. The man on the phone said he is looking for a person, who has the same last name as me. I told him he had the wrong number. He persisting and started asking me lots of questions. I interrupted him and asked what his name is and the name and address of his company. He said his name is "Vladimir" and he is a collector for Northern Leasing Systems at 132 W. 31st Street, New York, NY 10001. I asked what his last name is and he said he is not allowed to give that information. I then asked for the name and phone number of the CEO of the company he works for. He said he is not allowed to give that information out. Then he got a bit excited and wanted to know why I wanted that information. I told him that I had recently talked to the Florida Attorney General's office about these phone calls and I needed it to pass on to them. He abruptly said, "I will take your name off our list, Sir" and hung up. We will see it he really does take me off his list.
- I have the same problem. They are out of NY City. I just wrote the BBB and filed a complaint. Tonight I am writing my Congressman. If anyone is interested we can ban together and file a class action suit against them. From what i understand it cost nothing if we do not win and no money. - sm26 Jun 2007My son has received numerous phone calls from this company. I called back a few times and spoke with representitives, if you will, and asked that they remove my son's number from their list. They were very rude and I couldn't repeat the language they used here. The phone calls are still coming in. I'm trying to find the company name/scam.

We used to have a credit card machine through our business with them, and we left that company and started our own. The new owners of the old business never transfered the machine to their name, and my credit has lost over 100 points because of this. I have a law suit going against them, and everytime they call me, the Knight Rider theme song comes on, I wait, and it hangs up on me. It gets old, but I finally got someone and they promised it would not happen again. I still am fighting for my credit to go back up the 100 points I've lost, and some punitive damages. Give them hell!!!!!- Hi if your lawyer can suggest anything it would be great, my business is ran into the ground, tons of charges, over draft fees because they charged us over and over, and now my relationship with my mother in law is practically ruined, Thanks Bunches, Sarah

what's even worse is my lanlord is a sales rep for them, and we are probably going to be kicke dout because of this, WOOHOO for them.
- I have received two names - Santiago Altamirano (who supposedly no longer worked for the Company, but answered the phone the next week) and Dorothy Szabo, who is the VP of Collections. Her fax # is 212-279-1495. I am sending her a fax to complain about my client's issues since nobody seems to be able to assist me on the phone. The customer service rep I spoke to last week said: "I can't tell you why those collections guys do what they do, take money out of accounts. I have no idea." Then she proceeded to transfer me and I got disconnected. Maybe if we all sent Ms. Szabo faxes complaining about the service, someone will listen and address the problems.
- We have had a lease with them starting may of this year, and it has been a horrible experience all the way around, since my credit is pretty bad from identity theft, and since my mother in law is my business partner in our very tiny home based business, the machin is in her name, so now her credit will be ruined, and i know she is looking for a house to buy, if someone can please help me, with any information, it would be appreciated, we had a 3 month trial and havent neede it at all at any venue, or online, and went to cancel it one person said we have a 2 year lease now today a 4 year if we cancel it will go directly onto her credit report! We are willing to sue the have ruined our bank account for many un authorized payments, and we never actually signed a lease with them, only a merchant account with visa and mastercard, please help in sunny san diego,

- OH my are you in for it, Lease Finance Group is a rip off company, the machine I had for 5 yrs at $109. a month, every month many phone calls, I closed my checking account within a couple of months because of the withdrawals they were making, harrassing phone calls, I asked for a buy out of the contract, they wanted over $3000.00, now I have sent the machine back but I had to wait over two weeks for an address, now Michael williams states I owe another $114.00 for a cancellation fee !@#$%%^&**()) , I am soooooo sick of this company , Lease cannot be cancelled ....BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
