Got a call from this number claiming I had won a car or one four prizes after I had entered a contest at a mall. Any call from "Bill Russell" is a total scam. Please google his name "Bill Russell Prize director". There are many negative posts! Buyer beware!!

Call from Bill Russell, prize director, stating I'd won a 2014 Ford Explorer.  Based on checking online, concluded it was a scam to obtain personal information.

Got a call from Bill Russel today saying that I had won a 2014 Ford Explorer or one of three other prizes from either an online entry or entry at a mall. He said they had mailed documents to my house and got no response and this was there last attempt at contacting me. He said to call 866-781-5289 as soon as possible.
The first thing that raised my suspicion was that he had left a number on my home phone, which I never give out to people and certainly wouldn't put on a raffle of any sort. Then I entered the phone number into Google and wouldn't ya know, Bill Russel's name popped up! Needless to say I won't be calling Mr. Hussle, I mean Mr. Russel back.

Got a call from someone claiming that I entered a contest and won one of 4 prizes and I was to call 866-781-5289 and ask for Mr. Russell.   Caller Id was 914-363-6668.  When you call it back its a number that's not in service.  Total Scam....

Got a message from this clown on my answering machine. Looked up the toll free number and quickly determined it was a scam. Wish I had a dime for every one of these calls that come across the wires daily. I would be a millionaire!

Someone left a message saying he was Mr. Bill Russel and that I had one a Ford Explorer OR one of three other prizes and that this was the last attempt he would make at reaching me. He said, this is not a debt collector or a call for solicitation but that I had already won the prize. He then left a number from a prize center. Because I did fill out a few of those over the last few months, like an idiot, I called back. However, a person claiming to be Bill Russel answered and said he would be sending out documents again. That was it, then he hung up. Ive been scared ever since but I did not give him any information except for verifying my name and address.

Won from online or at a mall.  Funny, I never fill those out unless a town or school fundraiser.
Claimed mailed documents to my house and this was last attempt.
Won a 2014 Ford explorer or three other prizes.
    Left the 866-781-5289

Received the exact same call.  Thanks to all for their previous posts.  The message from Mr. Russell will be promptly deleted.  What happened to the Do Not Call Registry? I registered my number months ago.

Got this message from a woman, called ID reads 914-363-6638:
"this message is for [gave my name and home address]" The she said she is from the office of Bill Russel and I had won a brand new 2014 Ford Explorer or one of three other prizes from either an online entry or entry at a local shopping mall. She said they had mailed documents to my house and got no response and this was there last attempt at contacting me.
Of course I did not enter any contest, and there was no paperwork received, and now I googled the number and came upon this. Thank you everyone. What happened to the Do Not Call Registry???

Yup - exact same message.  Except that it was for my son, at a phone number he would never use.  So I called them back.  It's one of those - come to an informational meeting and sit there for 90 minutes and then scratch off a card to claim your prize.  Being that they are a "travel company", I'm sure the 3 day/2 night vacation in Orlando, Las Vegas or Atlantic City will be what most people will "win".  She actually emailed me - said my son did not have an email on his "entry" which, of course, never existed.  I feel bad for the people who fall for these things, so I just hope that my wasting some of her time will account for one less person to get duped.
