This company shipped unwanted rolls for debit/credit machine. After you're stuck with the order and they claim that you have to pay for it.
They SCAM you and tell everyone that they represent different provider but this is really not thru.

They called me several time requesting me if i would like to finalize an order witch was ordered earlier, knowing they were not real i asked them to never call me back and i was not interested in theyr products.

they called back during weekend and a 15 years old cashier answered the phone, they asked her name and shipped the unwanted product at her name.

they really need to bankrupt ASAP,

Someone called our office saying to my new secretary that there was papers to deliver being a dental office, the secretary assumed papers for the docter to sign. They delivered these debit machine tapes and sent us a bill. We called 2 times for them to pick up these tapes. I could tell it was a scam as soon as I spoke to the girl in office. They have since sent a second invoice notice. I will not pay. I also will report them.

This is the second time we've been scammed by this method.  The previous time it was the Comptoir de Fournitures de Bureau and I really had it out with them, but ended up paying for them as I wasn't sure what recourse I had and I was very sick too.  This time though, I am contacting the fraud unit of the QPP and will go from there.  They called our garage and it is our mechanics who answer the phone being that we're a small family business.  They asked my son to confirm what type of debit machine we had and if it was working okay.  My son figured it was the department of our bank that takes care of the machines callling, so he confirmed the type of debit machine and said it was working okay. Please remember, this is a garage, so we get calls galore and it is very noisy in there. This week we received the box of stock, although this time it is from Services des Produits de Bureau.  So now the fight is on..

We have received unwanted merchandise not ordered and they will not take it back. This company is a huge disgrace to businesses and something need to be done about them.

Did any of you manage to do something about it ?

I really hope that everyone will report this company.....when I told them I did not order these items and they can pick them up they told me i have to return them and pay the shipping./....ARE THEY NUTS.

Retail Transaction Supplies: Do not be scammed by this company....they claim they are 'big' and have many customers.  If so, where is their website?  They sent 2 boxes of printer rolls and 10 cleaning cards without our knowledge. A woman by the name of Suzanne called me from RTS requesting payment of their invoice; which was over $200.  I told them I sent back their invoice unpaid and welcomed them to pick up their supplies at their expense as well as asked them to take us off their 'call list'.  Don't be intimidated by this company.

Where are you reporting them to? I have tried to with the BBB but they will not as this company is located in Quebec. A similar situation happened to us, but they just made up a name for the invoice and no one works here under the name they used.

The company Fournitures de Bureau Canada is a fraud. They are scammers, and are under investigatiion by the Quebec police. They sent us a box of credit card paper, which we never ordered.

I was called about an unpaid bill, and when i tried to eplain they had no signed proof of us receiving their merchandise, they threatened my life and told me to go [***] myself. I called back and I told them to do the same, an hour later, we have received a brick through the window of my store with another bill. One thing is certain, this is war. Be careful because they are getting violent. The cops are already on them and they are being looked for by the authoritites. If you receive another call, call the police right away with the phone number of their so-named company. They are being tracked down

This company called to say they were TD bank and they were sending my reciept rolls. AS I was previously aware of this company, I said NO, I didnt want them. 2 days later, what arrives at the door. The company I work for see many shipments come through the door on a daily basis...they signed for it as the thought it was no different from the rest.
I called and DID get through to someone who said to just send them back and we wont be charged...
I suppose I will try to do that and see what happens....How ridiculous!!
