Calls through as Unknown Name-Unknown Number! WE "WILL NOT" answer such calls with all the scams going on today! Does leave a verbal # to call at 866-787-6341! Has called a number of times,, BUT>>>> NOT gonna happen that we call back,,, GET A LIFE!!!

they say they are with BCBS with important information about medication I take, and gave the callback # in the message as the same # as CID.

Number that called and left message was 866-787-6341 and their call back hours are 7:30-6:00 Eastern time. Message was they are calling about Medicare health information. I will not call back !! Her name was Elisha. It's its not my group insurance or local its none of their business.

Hours were 8:30- 6:00 pm Eastern time . I got it wrong on my post for the number 866-787-6341

The company that called was Anthem Blue cross. Left a voice mail about paper work that needed to be filed and taken care of. I have gotten number of calls from this company everytime they call i am having to pay for the call even when they leave a voice mail.

Why don't you get in touch with their customer service and see if they can do everything by e-mail with you-your preferred method of contact.

Now how is it possible that you have to pay for the call when someone calls you?

Just got a call from this number, a woman named LaTonya said she is a pharmacists from the BCBS RX Therapy Preventative care. She asked for me birthdate. I said I wouldn't give out that type of information, since she called me, and it showed up an an "Unknown" number. I asked if she could send a message through their website, and she said they can only do it over the phone. I said I would call BC BS to verify.

Woman calked and said she was from Anthem regarding pt preventative care..I do have Anthem but I am very leary of cold calls from people I don't know..I told her this was not a good time and I hung up...then I checked the number on this site...

Stop calling!

I am getting these nuisance calls from this number which caller id says 800 service with no other information. I and my wife are fed up with these non descriptive calls from hell or is that Blue Cross! My wife is seventy and I am 69. My wife from birth was mentally disabled. I am her care taker and I had a stroke in 2007.
I am up and at them and fed up with these improperly described calls in CID not properly describing who they are. The first call left no message and I have all those calls blocked from this number! Anybody calling like this and not leaving messages or improperly labeling CID are acting like crook calling schemes or insurance companies trying to trap unsuspecting fools on the phone. I am loging complaint on do not call registry and in writing to FCC!

If you question a call from insurance, do not rely on who called you........YOU call your insurance up & ask them & tell them about the call you received.  If it did not come from them, do not respond to the caller next time because then they're just after your personal info

woman said she is a pharmacist from the BCBS (Blue Cross), I said I would not give any info. I called back the contact number on back of my ins card. They had no notes on my account that I was called and said this was not their number so treat as scam for personal info

They knew meds my folks were taking & asked why there hasn't been refills on pills lately.

That info can be found, stolen or bought by crooks.  If your parents ever used an on-line pharmacy to save money, that is another way records can be found by crooks.  A call like that from strangers is unwelcome and neither you or your parents should talk to those scammers, and the number should be blocked.  Ignore similar calls, and block those numbers.

called at446pm a call came from ab1-888-661-4668 at 228pm.tfc could find no info and we do not respond to unsolicited calls ever.i answer calls only from family and knowns. never unknowns

Blue Cross knows that I don't receive calls at the number they called on.  I mistakenly answered ...only to hear please don't hang up...
