This is another number for Choen, Kaplan and Tulowitz. They threaten they will take you court and show up at your job or you can call them back and pay them before they show up. Sounds like a scam to me.

I have received multiple phone calls on my work phone from 866-789-4520, mentioning name of the company was Cohen Kaplan and threatening about some law suit. The phone calls were all pre-recorded messages, and they had nothing to do with me or the company I work for. I called back twice to have my number removed, but their employees (or so-called employees) were rude and no help.

Received a call both at place of employment and home/cell. Claims to be a Mr Chris Johnson attempting to contact regarding a court case and stating they are coming to house or work with court papers to sign. Have checked this out and it is a scam to get money. Tried calling back the number on the caller ID and it said that it was disconnected or out of service. Checked one of the numbers and it was a payphone. Do not answer these calls.

It is a total SCAM

This company has been calling my cell phone constantly trying to collect a debt for another person.  The person who called me, goes by the name of Sarah Johnson 866-789-4520 and a local# 804-287-9828.  I spoke to her and advised her that she had reached the wrong person and to take me off her calling list.  She refused, said she could not.  I asked to speak to her manager who was probably really just another pion working in her office.  He refused to hear me out, talked over me, verbally assaulted me and refused to acknowledge anything that I was saying.  I tell you what...they picked the wrong person to harass this time.  I have already filed a complaint with the government and I will take any other measures necessary to make them pay for this harassment.  It's bad enough to owe your own debts but to be harassed for another person's debt is unacceptable!  Please don't let these morons get away with this.  If you get contacted by them, pursue it to the fullest extent of the law!

Sarah Johnson just called me tooo about the same thing.

i just recieved a message to call back that i am a person of interest... i dont call anyone back or even answer the calls...

Got call from Jake saying I am a person of interest in matter has my name and ss # and if I don't call him back he is coming to my job and serving me with papers while my supervisor is present.  They have been calling my cell phone and work phone for months. I have ignore them and saved the messages to pass on to the Attorney Generals 's office.  Jake calls from a blocked # and threatens You to call this # back or else.

The calls are registering from (716) 568-4125 with a return number of (866) 789-4520.  I have it on reject on my phone but they continue weekly.  It cannot be honest because there has been no written correspondence and I am not aware of whose behalf they are calling since they do not identify a "client".  I refuse to call them back but this is crazy harrassment!

I received a call saying i owe money.  these people need to be stopped.
