doesn't sound right. A guy named Dwight Thomas threatened and sounded shady.he said he was a process server

I got the same kind of message from someone named Aubry Flynn from this number.  Threatening and wanting my social security number.  I think they are trying to steal peoples' identity.

I just got a call from a private number telling me something about a lawsuit against my brother.. telling me to call this number (866) 794-2422 this sounds sketchy. am not going to call

I got a call today talking about my name have been put on there desk and I need to call 866-794-2422 right now and if I don't I would be serve. They couldn't give me any information but demanded me to call. I could also hear a male voice in the background feeding the girl on what to say. I did not call the number cause I don't trust it nor do I even know how they got my new number.

I too received a call stating that if I needed to contact my son and have him call them in regards to a supposed payday loan he had taken out. If he did not contact them, I would be served with papers to pay his debt even though I had no knowledge that he had taken out a payday loan. It was extremely upsetting to be threatened like this and I am not sure how they even got my cell phone number. Someone needs to shut these people down.

As Mary, my mother stated above, They called and threatened her, well heres a twist. Ive never gotten a payday loan anywhere, and decided to do a little digging since they threatened a lawsuit agaisnt my mother. I got clever used the claim number they gave her, plus my grand fathers name god bless his sole who has been dead for a few years now and my own birth date. Did this all through SprintIP's TTY Service online which is free and I will post the call transcript here and on a few other sites with links. Let me know how you feel about these people. HE HAs called me as well and today i get a call from a rhonda. this iss a pay day loan which we did have back from 06. i had some suspicious activity on my bank account and I had to close it ( i notified the lending comapny asap) i only owed left was $75.00. i never received anything in the mail from them with an address or saying my account was closed. i called several times after my 1st call. still nothing. so i left it alone and then about 6-8 months ago, I started getting these calls. i have repeatly asked them to send me something in writing (they state they sent me several notices, ok if you did you should be able to send me another one) about who they brought this account from, how much is the debt that you claim I owe you..l am not paying a red cent to any of these people until i have a hard copy of what is being asked of me or my husband. they are asking for ss# and all that other stuff. you should have all that infomation. i have been told they are going to serve my husband. ok, that was like 5 years ago, where are they? they need to be stopped, this is crazy. asking someone to give you money but can't offer you something in writing, GIVE ME A BREAK!
