Urgent message from customer retention.  No idea who it is.

It's the bank calling when you have an over draft on your account. They call to see how they can help you get back into the positive

First I got a call from the InTouch Ministries and 2 minutes later from this group.  I do not have any debt issues or overdraft issues; nor do care to have dial-a-church call me either.  Please make them stop as they are calling my business line.

Several calls, but always during working hours when I can't answer. Recorded voice leaves this message, part of which is cut off at the beginning: "........is customer service. It's important we hear from you today" <click>  NO call back number, NO reference number, NO other information.

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone? The message stated "you need to call us today". REALLY, why?

Just got a call today.  No message at all.  I don't have an overdraft issue on any of my accounts, so not sure what this could be able.

They have called me twice in the past two days. Everytime I pick up, it HANGS UP right when I say say hello. I would also like to mention that I do have a Guarenty Bank account, as someone before mentioned it might be related to them. However I am not overdrafted.

they called and i said hello, they hung up...  stop this stuff.

Got call from these [***] and they left a voicemail. Called them back (ONLY to find out what it was so that I could report them, since I am on the Do Not Call list) and they had me on hold forever. When they finally answered, the rep said she was placing a courtesy call on behalf of BEST BANK and GUARANTEE BANK!

I don't have an account with either (never even heard of these banks), so clearly they are doing random telemarketing. Therefore, I cursed her out and then hung up in her face for ruining my lunch. Now, how does it feel (lol)?

This is a phish.  The REAL bank is being sullied as this group of crooks are calling to get either a credit card number or another bank account to clean you out.  They have many MO's, They will call at lunchtime on your cell or office number and tell you that you are overdrawn and need to put funds in immediately.  They may tell you they just bought your bank and you are now their customer.  DON'T FALL FOR THIS!

It is a legitimate service that Guarranty Bank uses. I use BestBank. On more than one occasion my debit card info was stolen and they called to let me know that unusual activity was happening on my account (i.e. big charges that would be unusual for me, like plane tickets and a shoe store in France) and to ask if I actually made those charges. They will also call if you have a lot of overdrafts. If you get this call, definitely call your bank and just check that everything is okay.

I got a call from this number. They actually left a voicemail. Said it was an urgent message from customer retention regarding my bank--although the name of the bank wasn't mentioned. I bank with Chase. I have a STRONG feeling that this is a scam.

This is a scam - don't fall for it! 866-797-6724...... It's bogus.
