Kim - 21 Feb 20075 calls today only. The BOA people calling about their services. I told them number of times to stop but the calls continue. They hang up on me answering most of the time. Grrrrr!

Don't call me-I'll call you - 23 Jun 2008I called this BOA number back and it gives you an option to enter you rnumber on their 'Internal do not call list'. Quick, easy and I hope it works. I would actually be more willing to do future business with a company that respects my privacy.

Carrie Krishnek - 2 Mar 2007They call 4 to 6 times a day and just hang up after my answering machine picks up, this leaves many messages on my answering machine every day. Very irritating. Also, I work night shift and sleep during the day so this wakes me up throughout the day. Why do they keep calling?!!

Kevin - 16 Mar 2007Called a day prior (after 5 calls in one day) and left phone number to add to their DO NOT CALL list. They are now calling again. I filed a compaint on the donotcal.gov website....I will report a compaint every time they continue to call.

Brenda - 23 Mar 2007I get calls from these folks every day or so. They never leave messages and hang up in response to the answering maching. I am a Bank of America customer in good standing, but I do not need the irritation of these calls.

Modulion - 15 Jan 2008I am on the do not call .gov do not call list. I work nights and at 9:00am every morning for the past week and a half they have been ringing my phone. I have reported every one to the 888-382-1222 number every day on top of calling them to put take my number off of the list. I have never talked to anyone, just keep calling them back to put my number on their do not call list with no results. I put it on ten times or maybe 20 by the end of the day. They must be out of the country and not accountable for the do not call. I will continue to report every call and when I get an answer I will report it on this page. I guess I'll just unplug my phone. I also checked to make sure that I was still on the do not call .gov list and I am. You have to re-register every two years. I am registered. I will continue to report them, but I am turning off my ringer from now on and when I see them on caller ID I will report them over and over. Is there a Bank of America Insurance services? The woman who leaves the recorded generic message sounds as if she is from Texas.
Entering your number for the do not call on their line does absolutely no good whatsoever. As far as I know it is a free call.

I CALLED MY BANK OF AMERICA AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE INFORMATION OUT TO THIRD PARTIES. THEY ARE GETTING OUR INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC RECORDS. SO BE CAREFUL. MAKE SURE THAT YOU CALL YOUR BANK ABOUT THIS SO THESE PEOPLE WONT GET INTO YOUR ACCOUNT.
