Got an automated voice message saying to call. When I called back, a man who says his name is Bart Beckum said he could not find my information and then said his computer was running very slow and to call back.  I got suspicious after I called back and he answered and just said, "Is this the lady who just called?"  Then, when I called the number he gave me back, someone else's name and voice message was on that extension.  He gave me a different extension next time, and the same thing... someone else's voice.  He said he is from First Financial Assets but will not provide the written documentation I asked for and will not stop calling me even though I told him to stop and to only communicate by mail. Oh, also he later said his name was Bart Deckum, not Beckum.  Is this a scam?

This was a ver odd call...Tiffny left this message saying that I have important business to do...left this number 1-866-803 5392 and the says it good news.  I am not expecting any good news and do not know this person.

I got an email from my HR lady at the company I work for & she stated a guy named Fred Gilley of First Financial called from this number asking to speak to me.  Later I received a Voice Mail message from the same guy on my cellphone stating he had an "important package for pick-up"..... i would have probably called him back if i didn't get that email from my HR lady earlier.  if it's a debt collector, they're pulling out all of their tricks.

My dad got a call asking for me. I have not had this number since 1997. They told him that this is my work number. He said " No this is my home number" Mr. Minnis then procceded to ask for my number. But dear old dad wouldn't give it up. But the guy left a number and an ext. #

Just recieved a voice message on my phone from a Mrs Henderson to return her call to 866-803-5392 reguarding an important matter. This is not the first time these people have called me yesterday some woman named Mrs Washington called and left the same message. This must be some kind of scam. only after I googled the number I found out it was for a company called First Financial asset

I get the these calls all the freaking time from these crooks. I never return their calls. They always address me by a fake name I used to in Europe. It's complete rubbish... Don't have anything to do with these [***], just a bunch of scumbags.

I received numerous calls from them ( First Finacial) stating that they were a collection agency. Since I had to file bankruptcy a few months ago I told them that.they didn't care, very aggressive [***]! I am turning it over to my lawyer for harassment!

These people with this # 866-803-5392 who ever they are, call thousands of time at my business and hey turn to be very annoying calling at all times of the day and or night, they have automated machine don't know who they are and don't care.

these guys called my work...grrr. front desk transferred to me.  sound fishy so i ask to take a mess. The guy on the phone said his name was AQual it was very important and to call 866-803-5392 x1753. i asked what company he was with ..he said First Financial.

They call me everyday except Sunday and leave messages, when I tried to call back it is just a busy signal, after finding this page of complaints I will not call the number again.  Thank you!

Grr, they called my work number...left voice message "Ms. Johnson Important Business matter call 866-803-5392 ext 1731. A few minutes later they called my cell.....same message...but different phone # 888-771-3082. Wish they would stop calling my work.

I just received the same call. First they call my work then my cell phone asking me to call them back  I cannot beleive there are not laws protecting individuals from being harassed by these phone calls, especially when I have to pay the cell bill for wasted minutes.

These goof-offs called me about a year ago and left a message wanting to do business with me (conveniently, they found out from the web that I had gone into business).  Lately the same company and same number (Fist Financial, 866-803-5392) called me and left a message stating, this is an attempt to collect a debt.  I never went in business with them, nor have I ever called them back.  How can I have a debt with them?  These calls nowadays are a regular thing.  Should I answer the phone and give them a piece of my mind, or just ignor them?  Caller: MR. I have gotten an email from these people every other week. It sounds like a bunch of crap to me, I have wasted time with other companies like this in the past. The bottom line is it's some kind of sales, and let's face it, who is really buying ANYTHING these days???  Probably would be a lot of work before you would really see any real results!!

These ppl have been calling my home phone number, saying that they have an important business and to call them back at 866-803-5392, ext. 1744.

This might not be a scam. Was the lady's name Helen Washington? They really are a debt collector. I recieved the same call from a helen Washington, it was for a college debt from a community college. I had called the college and they had verified that this company is who deals with their recovery. But they are very rude!!!! Definately request to only be communicate by mail. This lady had even called my parents and after my mom told them she didn't know my number Ms. Washington told my mom "well then you're an awful parent, just like all the others I encounter!"

I got a message from the front desk at work saying to call Kimberly Baldwin @ 866-803-5392 ext 1767 regarding a personal matter. I have worked here for 10 years and have never gotten any calls at the front desk.
