Get calls from this number at least twice a day. They never leave a message. I will not call the number, as toll-free numbers log every incoming call (they may use this as an "established relationship"). They have been calling for about a month now.

Called number back - recording that number is not in service.

This number has been calling daily. When dialed said number out of service/disconnected what's up????

I got tired of them calling (along with 877-529-3410, 800-699-3923) so decided to pick up.  It is Qwest telephone.  So are the other #s.  I asked to be removed from the call list.  They said it would take about 30 days to do so.  Hopefully the calls stop.

Yeah, I get called 2-3 times a day from this number too. I never pick it up and they always stop after the 4th ring.It wouldn't surprise me that it is Qwest.

I started getting calls from this number on the 1st of Aug. They call me three times a day starting at 8:30 am. Before the 1st, my phone only rang if it was someone I knew. Now, my phone rings since the 1st with two different 800 type numbers like this and it drives me insane. This number you can't even call it back because it states it's out of service when you do. The other one drops the call when you answer it.

They call me at least 3 times a day.

I  get a call  from 866-815-5319     least  3 times  a day  every stinking  day never  leaves  a message  but my caller  id  flashes

I called the number 866-815-5318 from my work number (which is a large company and my outbound calls are under a generic number) and a representative from the Qwest phone company answered.  He said it was probably a rep making sure that we were satisfied with our Qwest service.

Two or three calls per day.  I let it go to answering machine.  No one leaves a message.  If I pick it up there is no one there.  If I call the number they say it is Qwest and put me on hold.  It's been going on since the middle of July!  I tried calling Qwest "Annoying Calls" number but got such a runaround I gave up!  What a ripoff!

After three months of up to 6 calls a day from this number, I found this enlightening website.  As a Qwest customer, I cannot file a complaint with the NO CALL lists I'm registed with.  So--I went onto the Qwest website and had an email conversation with a Qwest customer service rep.  I asked them to remove my name and number from all Qwest calling lists.  The rep said she did it while I was speaking with her.  The next day I received 3 more calls from the same #.  I sent another request to be remove from the list.  I received a note from another Qwest service rep stating a special effort was made to remove me from their marketing lists.  I have not had any calls from them for two wonderfully peaceful days.

Same as most of the other folks that have posted.  They call nearly every day and I just don't answer.  Very annoying.

My 89-year-old mother has been getting calls from this number once or twice a day for quite a while. She sure wishes they would cease.

I use Qwest for phone service, so they are allowed to call me. Exempt from no call registry.
It's a nuisance, though.

They didn't leave a msg, my TTY (Teletype) send a voice to tell the person to use TTY or Dail 711 for Relay Service. I gets the same nbrs too many times.. Just ignore the same nbrs..

The 1-866-815-5318 number is a pain.  We receive at least 2 calls per day from this number and they do not leave any messages. So I never answer their calls.   After reading the messages on this site, I now know who it is....QWEST ! ! !   We have a QWEST bundle, phone, Direct TV and DSL internet that we were talked into getting because it was "the best offer available"  HA !  We are so discusted with this company.  Each month they have charged us a different amount for Direct TV and DSL service. This month the bill was $197 !!!   When I have called (many, many times) and emailed (many many times)  I get the same response, that the price that was quoted to us was invalid, they do not have such a program, the rep was mis-informed.... blah, blah, blah.  I have paper work to prove it, but no one will help me get this fixed.  Grrrrrrr !  So when my contract is up, they will be gone.  Thanks for letting me vent.  QWEST should be named Questionable.

I get calls from them 2 to 3 times a day. They have an uncanny nack of calling when it's my sons nap time. They JUST called for the SECOND time today (and it's barely noon). Both times were during my child's nap time and this last time it woke him up. She said she was from Qwest and I told her I was very unhappy with the number of calls I was getting and that they were interrupting his nap time and I didn't appreciate it..she just said "alright I'll call back at a different time then" and I told her "I don't want any call backs" and she just said thank you for your time..I don't think it will work but it is annoying, an inconvenience and it should be stopped.

THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING MY HOME EVERYDAY FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS NOW 2 TO 3 TIMES A DAY. THANK GOODNESS I'M AT WORK AND THE MACHINE GETS IT. THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION, NOW I CAN CALL THEM AND HANG UP!
