    It is a sales call from AllState Insurance. They pretend the call is a customer satisfaction survey. When in fact they are trying to sell you their policies.

    I spoke to a woman, went through the whole survey with her (I was waiting for a doctor appontment so had some time to kill). I was very negative about their services. The woman tried very hard to get off the phone with me. I hope it teaches them a lesson not to call their customers!

    This was the second time in three days. Very annoying. Did not answer because I did not recognize the number. Don't have any business with AllState.

    I keep getting calls from AllState Insurance and I have already emailed my AllState agent about these calls. They have been calling for the past three weeks, and I am so annoyed that ready to switch to a different insurance company. I am a loyal customer, and have been their client for the past three years. Happy with the service but if they don't change their calling policy I will make the change.

    Call from Allstate Insurance. The Caller just advised me to review my new insurance policy with my agent. I said I am not interested, so the woman just wished me a pleasant evening and hung up. I just renewed the policy. So the call did not look spamy.

    Received 5 calls to my home phone. The caller ID showed "Not Available" and no message was left. Entered the phone number to find the caller.

    I do have an auto and home policy with Allstate but do not need these unwanted calls. If there is an important change to my policy than I don't mind a short call.

    But trying to sell me additional services is disrespectful. I did not give them my phone number so they could bother me with their promotions. If they continue calling, I will cancel my services with them. NationWide is promising to give me a better pricing, but I was not giving it a shot. Maybe AllState will give me a reason.

    they called twice yesterday. My wife answered to the second call. A woman from AllState started asking some questions about our existng services. My wife said she does not have time for this conversation and hung up. We had no calls since.

    Recieved a call today. Called back and got recording from Allstate claiming it is a "customer satisfaction" survey. I called my agent demanding to be removed from all phone call lists they are running.  If they call one more time I will file a claim to Feds.

    “Your in good hands” except if you’re exposed to hurricanes!  Thanks.

    Luckily, we screen all our calls!  They call 3 to 6 times per day & never leave a message!  Even after listing my numbers on the "do not call list" Allstate seems to think they could abuse our privacy.    Unfortunately, for Allstate this little tactic is about to lose them an entire family's account (homes, cars, motorcycles) that has been active for over 20 years.  

    More importantly, for quite a few years now companies like Gieco have been offering better rates for equal or better coverage.  I guess we should thank Allstate for the harassment, now we're getting quotes from the Gecko!

    Didn't know who it was from, we have been getting so many of these types of calls, we don't answer.  Like others no message left.  We do have Allstate, but it's irritating to get calls and they leave no message, probably a computer generated call that doesn't respond or leave a message unless you pick up.  

    We're on Do Not Call also, will probably file a complaint with them

    I never answer calls unless they are willing to leave a message or have a valid caller ID! This isn't the first time they've called, and it seems that any time I make a change or renew my policies(home and 3 cars), they want to find out how I was treated!
    While its great that they try to keep their standards above the rest, they have forgotten that it is quite annoying to talk to someone about nothing! I'm sure if a customer has issues with their service, they'll be the first to find out about it!
    Luckily, my neighbor is my agent, and as soon as I'm done with this, I'll have her on the phone to get the calls to stop!

    i got a call today from this number. didn't answer it. i googled just to find out and found out it is all state. my policy expires in April, so may be they are trying to make sure i am going to renew.

    Today is the second time I have received a call from this number on my cell phone. I do not have any policies with All State.  If theuy persist I will contacting PUCO.

    They called me today but I didn't answer.  You would think that, with sites like this one readily available to the public, that they would stop doing this cheap telemarketing practice?  Guess not.

    For the record, I do have an auto insurance policy with them.

    I have Allstate insurance, but have no business pending that requires the anoying phone calls I keep getting from these people.  I will proably switch to a different insurance company "soon"!!!

    This number keeps calling my cell number and leave no messages. I did make the mistake of answering once and it was for Allstate wanting me to know if I would take a survey and I said NO!!!!!!!
