Some how they just billed me $30 for there club membership.  they took money out of my checking account with out my knowledge or approval. The Name on the bank statement is "I Build Wealth". I have never heard of them. I would never deal with any company claiming to make me rich or debt free or clear up my credit.
I never give out my personal information on the web or over the phone (even to people claiming to know me). I only deal with companies I know and that have addresses phone numbers (unblocked), and that I have checked out. Also I never buy or pay for anything over the web, I dont trust the web. I never use my real name to sign into any site, including facebook and my space or my address.

I just called the number and after doing some digging, I realized that this is tied to a "free trial" of teeth whitening product we had last week. After processing the order, I found out it would auto-renew monthly at a very costly rate if I didn't cancel in 10 days. I called on the 5th day and later that day, the $87.57 was pending on my account. Called again to make sure it was canceled and they revoked the pending transaction. Then apparently they automatically enrolled me in this Debt2Wealth Club at $40/month. She cancled it and said the pending transaction would be refunded in 3-5 days. What a nightmare. I will definitely be keeping a close eye daily on my account. I'm grateful my bank doesn't mess around with fraud, if a charge does go through, I know they'll take care of it, but it's still been a hassle. good luck everyone! This just happened to us.  We never received the toothpaste whitner.  We were charge an 3. and some cents for the product.  87.79 for something on-line by them and another 40.00.  I called them, they gave me a number stating they would refund the $40.00 in the next 3-5 business days.  As of today the charge went through and I had to call me bank to dispute all three charges.  I have also closed the account.  What a mess.  Does it ever end we these people?

This is a scam from a TeethWhitening website.  I was hit for $40 bucks.  I call the 866-822-9626 number - I gave them 3 days to refund my money.  They said they would.  Then I informed them that I was filing a fraud complaint with the FBI, which I did!  You have to turn them in, get your monies returned and shut them down.  I did not solicit this so-called 'Build Wealth' company.  They stole from me and apparently countless others.  They need stopped!

I just noticed that I have $40 charge on my checking account which is pending. So, hm, did you get your $40 refund? I will call my bank first thing in the morning and explain the situation and then call the I Build Wealth to cancel the membership. I should've known that a trial of whitening-teeth product would cause this much hassle.

so not only did these people charge me 87.47 plus the forty dollars for the Debt club, i never even recieved a product from them.  You can rest assured that i will do everything i can to get these scammers shut down.

The same thing happened to me and I was charged $40.00.  I received a call from a different number that is linked to this company and they told me it was an account start-up fee (which I didn't sign up for). This phone number will allow you to get through to a customer representative like the one who called me: 866-832-7325.  When I spoke with them, I demanded that they refund the charge and close my account - they did.

All the same for me!  Never received any product.  Charged on my bank account with no approval. Lied about cancellation date. I called them to cancel but refused.  Said they would give me a $20 refund.  Did not.  I plan to contact the Attorney Generals of NYS, Nevada & Florida.  Have several addresses for company.

I just got off the phone with these foooools... You have to be persistant... I argued with the lady for 20 minutes... They are refunding me the 87.00 charge... I too did not receive the product and was charged for the I build wealth junk... this for real is against the law... I told the lasy on the phone that and asked for her response and told her the call was being recorded... these customer service reps in india have no clue...

I got a charge for Colopure Cleanse for $87.47 and i had to fight with them and am disputing my credit card charge for a false advertising product. now i have a $40 charge for I Build Wealth. what bs! i hope i can bring this company down because this is so not right!

This is related to Celebrity Teeth Whitening....a total scam. I have a credit pending for $91.10, for $87.47 PLUS foreign transaction fees...which is interesting since the product is marked made in the USA. Yes, I know their customer service are all in India.
I just called my cc to dispute the $40, but since it is a pending charge, I was told to wait until it actually hits the account.
I will be calling first thing in the AM to dispute this new charge, and request they close this account and re-issue under a new #.

I did too!  And, I think this is one of those scams where they might try and bill you for overseas long distance. I did see other charges on my account that I knew nothing about and they told me they knew nothing of these charges, yet they answered with one another's company names!!

I had the same thing.  They told me the refund would be returned within 3-5 business days and I looked again on the 6th business day and it's still not off.  I'm on the phone with them right now and they just told me it'll take 10-15 business days to take it off, but not to worry, it'll be gone by 3/19/10.  Did you actually get your refund?

I found out today that sum I Build Wealth company has gone and charged my cc a $40 charge, and unauthorized charge.  I don't know anything about this company. I'm calling them in the morning and demanding they refund my cc, and then I'm calling my bank and having them cancel my card and reissue another.  I'm also reporting them to whoever I can including the BBB.
