Nationwide does not appear to have a problem in growth and expansion, however they do have a problem being able to deal with the accounts they have. Failure to provide documentation on both FDCPA and FCRA disputes. Too many employees that are lacking in FDCPA knowledge add up to a failing grade for this agency.

Wife received call from 1-866827-8986.  Computer voice stated "Please hold for a personal business matter".  After about 90 seconda a man cam on the phone and asked my wife what seh wanted.  She said "I don't know, you called me."  Man put her on hold for 30 seconds -- came back on and said "OK, what can I do for you?"  My wife asked who he was...and the man stated "Nationwide" -- then put my wife on hold for 30 seconds again.  When he came back on, my wife started asking questions, and he hung up.

I called the number back from work and was told they were looking for a specific person -- my oldest child, who has moved out of the house.  They left me a message to give to my oldest child -- to have my oldest child call back at a specific number and extension.  I tried to find out more information as this was a collection agency -- but I was denied as the information was specifically for my oldest child.

Received a call from these people. When I pressed "1" to talk to someone they asked me if i was related to a Miss xxxx. I said no. They said then "who is this". I said I am the person who probably acquired their number.
I asked her to make sure that they note that they are calling the wrong person. her comment was "whatever" and hung up.

I called back and talked with another person and he had the same [***] i don't give a [***] attitude as the first person.

Called and said to put my daughter on the phone.I asked who and the hell is this.This rudd bit__,said none of my buz.I told them to go get pickeled.Then they hung up.

As with others, received a phone msg. saying it was not a telemarketing call and to call the number on a personal business matter and talk to "Miss Stuffer". I have not had a chance to call back yet but will tomorrow.

Some bullsh*t about the call was for business and it was not for telemarketing. Was supposed to call back a "Miss Duffer". (Yeah right.)
