Wanted to talk to me about a business matter. Call back at this number. I suspect they want me to help them harrass a relative.

This is the collection agent used by TD Canada Trust...  absolute morons...  kept calling and leaving msg's when I was on holidays, when I called back it wasnt even for me!

If you get Stephanie at Ext. 4808, have a little fun with her.  She's pretty demanding; in my case felt that I should march in to my Dr.'s office the following day and demand a letter explaining my medical illness and how it interfered with my ability to work.  When I offered to email her pictures of my head post surgery, she declined the request and stated receiving a note from the Dr. would carry more weight.  I eventually had to laugh, which upset her, then she stated "if I was going to be sarcastic, our conversation would continue no further" - Then she immediately HUNG-UP.

She still calls me back once a week..

He asked for my bithday and asked back what is it about? He insisted that I have to give him my birthday before tell me anything.  Just BS!!

call everyday, i have told them many many times that they have the wrong number and they try to argue with me so i just hang up, what a bunch of idiots! i think i should know my name. (i usually don't answer when this number calls, but they have started to use a private number, so no number will show up when they call, but it is the same people)

not looking for me.i FREAKED on the lady who called me. told her i am no giving her my info because she got wrong person.

then around 11:00 am the same mornin i got a auto call from Icorp??

then i called and they told me if i dont have reference number theres nothing they can do..

i called back spoke to some guy he told me they were looking for the same person as befor. he kept asking if i knew him or was related. i said NO!!!

This time they advanced to letter mail to my ex. Apparently they have no idea who they are looking for let alone where to find the person in question, and to top it all off, the issue is moot.Haven't delt with TD Canada Trust in a time span long enough to incur the Statute of Limitations, and I have the documentation to prove it.

I got this call 5 times today. Kept asking someone named Nampher(sp?) H_____. Surpringly, had the last name and the address correct. I kept telling him that no one named Nampher(sp?) was present. I asked for the company's name or what the company does. He kept telling me that unless I was Nampher(sp?) he could not "associate business matter" with me. When I demanded to talk to the supervisor, he apologized and quickly hung up before me. I called the number back and the same person answered. I kept demanding to know the caller's name or to talk to the supervisor and he hung up. what is this [***] about.

It's extremely frustrating receivng these calls on a daily basis.  When I said there is no one here by that name she asked me what kind of game I was playing. She calls me, but I'm the one playing games....LOL....too funny!!

Keep getting calls from these people for a relative of mine - someone I haven't spoken to in years. Very annoying. I keep telling them that the person they are looking for does not reside here nor do I have any forwarding number for this person. How do I make it stop? It's unbearable!

they called my cell today, at one.
as if they knew i would be able to answer it. they didnt leave a voice mail or anything, no message what-so-ever.
it came up at 866-830-7434; thats a cell number with a toll-free area code attached.
i have caller id obviously, but it stated nothing but the number.

WHY WOULD THEY CALL MY CELL PHONE!?
they did this to my brother all the time too... its a collection agency. im seventeen; how could i possibly owe money!? i havent even had warnings about owing money either...

OMG this number calls me maybe 2-3 times a day on my cell phone, its extremely annoying. they leave no message what-so-ever. As far as i know, its a ghost number. I tried calling this number back got some lady who did not say the company name clearly. I asked her to repeat the company name and she just mumbled "arc--*mumble mumble*". So then i told her that this number calls me constantly. They asked for my phone number and stated that they were a collection agency and is looking for some name ive never heard of before. I told her there was no one with that name at this number. She rudely said "fine ill take you off the list she must have had this number before" then she hung up. Now if this number calls back one more time I'm changing my number. Its only gonna cost 10 bucks to change my number id rather spend 10 dollars rather then have some under educated person sitting in a dinky little call centre in montreal call me 2-3 times a day everyday... sad world we live in.

The company is called Iqor (thats proper spelling, its prounounced i-core). They are 3rd party collections for TD Canada Trust.

Someone uses this number and 1-866-421-5377 to chicane.
last week i received a call from 1-866-830-7434, a guy told
me that I owed TD bank money. That is impossible. And I went to
TD bank to check what happened. TD bank told me that everything is ok,
no any problem in my account. So when the trickster called me again, I
refused him. From this week, 1-866-421-5377 calls me many times a day.
And when i answer the call, I can hear nothing but music.

I got in touch with IQUOR, this is their number.  I called their office and got thier fax number:

As for myself, I will be sending them multiple faxes to plug their fax lines throughout the day.  I suggest anyone else dealing with this problem do the same.

Called once about a Scotia Bank Acoount I didn t have...when I informed them of that they replied with "oh, wait...I meant BMO". Then they claimed to be Capital One the next day.
They call and when I answer a lloud symphony blares in my ear...or they leave teh music on my answering machine. They are horribly fraudulant, and terrible at faking it. Maybe if they step up there professionalism, they may be able to trick a few more ppl into there information.

After threats to them of legal action going co0mpletely ignored I decided to have some fun....

I now call them 16-20 times daily, and when they answer I blare MY music in there ears until they hang up...OR I start out the convo with "Hey..I [***] you mom...so what's up ?" Sometimes they play along....haha.

My advice...Ignore them, or play back like I do for small gratification.....or do as the poloce told me, block there numbers...if they continue to call charge them with harrassment.

I'm going to call them right now in fact, I have to fart !

Same as all of the other reports up there, all though they don't phone me frequently thank god, but I'm receiving these calls on my cell phone, I answered the first one on my cell phone out of ignorance got some terrible music blasting through the receiver, at which point I immediately hung up as I have heard about scams that can call your number and play music and charge you massive amounts of money by keeping you on the phone, after a few more calls I researched the number and came to the same conclusion as everyone else here, either these guys are a terrible collection company or equally terrible scam, bottom line is, I would not recommend giving any information out, especially since the card they were insisting I owed money on doesn't exist since I don't even own a credit card.  The only told me what card they were collecting for, they wouldn't tell me anymore until I confirmed my identity which I couldn't as the person they were calling for wasn't remotely my name!

getting called everyday for the past week asking for someone i never heard of before and then getting calls and only classical music playing nobody comes online i called iqor (company name) and they asked my number and name and said will be removed ill believe it when it happens....

these guys have been hounding me for weeks - sometimes several calls daily
