I got a call from this number yesterday, they stated they were Check Systems. And that I owed Allied Cash in the amount of 1,600 but they would settle for 500. They stayed that if I didn't pay it they were gonna file charges in court for Class B Felony.  I told them I didn't have that kind of money. But I could make 50.00 payments they told me they couldn't accept that. So they told me they were gonna file the charges against me. So I made a payment of 58 dollars cause they say they charge 8 dollars through american mutual holding. Then I told them they could get 200.00 on the 23rd and 250 on the 8th. I asked them to send me the settlement letter and a copy of the court papers of the charges they want to file against me. The guy stated in 30mins I would receive a copy to my email. I checked my email nothing I checked this morning nothing.  Then I stated reading up on this company and everyone states it is a fraud company. So I called the bank and shut my card off and had them issue me a new one. Yeah they got 58 dollars but they won't get anything else. You can not get a felony for an unpaid bill that is civil not crime or a felony. They can report to your credit and garnish your wages but they can't put you in jail for an unpaid loan or bill.

I just received a call from 866-837-8515. It was an automated system calling from Check Systems telling me to press one. so I did and it just hung up so I called them back. I told them I had just received a call from this number. He looked my number up cause they have caller id. He asked if I knew "brother's name" I told him yes that is my brother. He then told me about some bad checks and blah, blah, blah. I cut him off and told him I do not have a relationship with brother and his bad debt has nothing to do with me and to not call me again. He proceeded to talk over me telling me, "yes it does involve you because brother used you as a reference". This is not the first time this has happened and I am sure it won't be the last. I had fun with the other company that tried harassing me for my brother's debt. They were over seas and had an exchange in Carolina so I kept calling them back on their dime and harassing them. After three days they left me alone. Let us see if this company has the balls to continue to harass me... I am a paralegal and work for a law firm. I know the law.

i just got a call from them scammers?

I got a call from these people today, sadly, this is a scam folks!  I worked for a payday loan collection company and when I found out it was all fraudulent I resigned.  A week later I'm getting a call from 866 837 8515 and 585 278 1280 ( same Check Systems company), one guy yelled at me and hung up on me, another said it was from some loan from loan.com.  I have never had a payday loan and the date they said I took it out doesn't match up to the address or company I worked for at the time.  These companies use skip tracing (using ss#s in a database, to find out relatives, addresses, phone numbers, current places of employment, and also if you've ever been convicted of a felony) and they use all of this info against you on a call to make it seem more valid.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!  If you have ever had a payday loan, they cannot threaten jail, court summons or any of that, they will NOT serve you papers.....they have one person call you from the same office acting as if you are getting papers and leave you a voicemail, you call back and get a completely different person to "close'' the account.  Sadly, you will never know who it is as they have aliases they use.  Anyhow, this is not legitimate and they know it.  Once their phone numbers are what they call "burned", meaning people have wrote negative things about them using google and the phone number, they will change their number to continue collecting.  Believe it or not, these companies get money every day from people who don't know.

Sadly I was one of the people scammed by these sorry excuses for humans scared me with jail then started getting calls again with same threats attorney general and local police said most of these numbers can't be traced and originate from overseas they are terrorist in my book was told just dont answer and engage them but report the calls

Got a call they left no message called again the second time off course didn't answer, also received threatening emails from today from this creeps, I am so tired, and then we the world complain, what's wrong, it's creeps like this who are getting away with what they do to the world.
