They bother me at anytime. Why somebody will use my own line to wake me up and interrupt my work?

Please do not using my cell phone for your interest. Minute use rate is expensive. If continue unauthorized call me this number 301-378-6188 again . Will report to police dept.

Just got a call,automated message asked for me and said it was Citicard and I should call them back at that number???

even I got a call from citi today from the same number,looks genuine after I called the same no 4 times

Daily calls at different and always inconvenient times to my cell phone from this number.  Unable to connect with a person (to ask them to quit calling).  Was assisted to block by my AT&T provider:  https://www.donotcall.gov.

I doubt Citi is calling people at random...  This number called me soon after a credit card application.  I think it's a real Citi number and not cause for great concern.

Tried to obtain my social security number. This is Fraud.
