Same here. 866-845-3070 called, and I did not pick up. No message.

I got a message left after receiving a call from this number (866-845-3070) to my private work line.  It was Kelly from Volunteer Energy "in regards to [my] natural gas account."  I have no clue what she is talking about, I've never heard of Volunteer Energy, and my home does not even have natural gas supplied to it.  You can see their website at www.volunteerenergy.com - it looks legitimate, but I do not appreciate that kind of marketing from a company like this.

We have limited hours in the office, and this caller keeps calling our office and doesn't leave messages. If someone really wants to get a hold of us in a timely manner, he or she must leave a message. We can see the this number over and over again on our caller ID. When I WAS able to take their call - unfortunately in the middle of an important business meeting with my supervisor - the caller hung up on me without identifying who he or she was, or what company he or she represented. Extremely inconsiderate and very annoying! It's just plain harrassment! If this caller is selling something, this is no way to earn our business.

This number calls our office atleast twice a day. Never leaves a message, and usually hangs up. They hang up before identifying who they are or what company. VERY VERY ANNOYING AND RUDE>

When attempting to call the number back, it appears to be a non-working number.

I keep getting calls as well and I registerd my number under the donotcall.gov list. What else do I have to do? I just got this number and have already received many 866 calls and 800 calls.

I have received calls several times daily from this number, sometimes they leave a a message saying they are Volunteer Natural Gas. I have heating oil... WTF?  I don't ever pick up, but it is very annoying...

Energy scum telemarketer.  So sick of these scum bags that waste my time!!

Daily call from them, when I let them talk, they say they have a rebate check from PPL, but they are American Power. They can hold while I get info off my bill. BS, they are just another company trying to get you to switch suppliers. I tell them politely I am not interested, hang up, and they immediately call back!
