when the ans machine picks up, says hello durring the message, then goodbye when it finishes. guessing bill collector. though they only call once in awhile and not all day long like some do.

Just heard the last of the message. Feminine voice. Debt collection, probably for magazines that I didn't order.

I called the number back.  It's NCO Financial Systems - Debt Collection company

NCO also calls calls from 866-442-0536

Have any of you heard about these companies scmming the public on old debts.  Debts that are over 10 years old and have been written off by the credit card company???????

NCO Financial services. I was told that the bill would be written off because I qualified for financial assistance... Guess they were wrong. I have been receiving calls about a 2007 hospital bill. I have explained to them what I was told, and they continue to call.

Seriously, these people call my house non-stop on a daily basis. We have already told them that they the person they are looking for doesn't live here, and they continue to call...

Just got 3 calls from this place in the last 2 days and I just bought this cell phone so I don't know how it can be anything legit when most of my friends don't even have this number yet and it isn't a phone bought from a major network
