I don't know who is calling from this number. There should be some laws that can stop these people from calling.

It's First Financial Asset Management - collection agency and they apparently have a long list of people who have taken them to court over their practices.

My father got a call from this company.  They were calling about his account for HSBC.  The problem that come up is he was contacted last week by Avante' who was able to provide proof that they own the account and my father settled with Avante'. The caller for FFAM was very rude with my father.

I'm sick and tired of these people calling me.  I told them not to call me anymore and I was then verbally abused.  I just ignore the call now.

I keep getting cals from 1-866-867-0344. I wish they would stop calling me. I'm not even sure who it is.

I receive calls from these people almost every hour on the hour starting at 8am. They're bill collectors and I know I owe some company something but they are never clear as to what account they hold. So now I just ignore their call and put them on "silent" ringer mode. HA!

They call and leave no message, and they call all week long and the number reads as follows--aaa toll free number 866-867-0344.  Somebody needs to stop them from calling, maybe you can break their fingertips.

I have an unlisted number. I have no idea how they got my number in conection to a person I work with. The firest call I told them that she did not live here. The second time I told them I was not her and she did not live here. He asked for her phone number I said that was not my place to give anyones number out. He said then he would just have to keep calling me. I told him if he did I would contact the police telling them he was harrassing me. Who do these people think they are. There really should be laws and how collections can reach people and how they behaive doing so. This is a good site also!

I think a harrassing phone call is any caller you let know you do not want them to call you again and they keep calling. Also when I pay my bills I add a letter stating what I will pay when I will pay and how much I will pay. You (the company I am paying) should only contact me by mail. If you contact anyone I work with, live with, related to, or neighbor I will consider this harrassment and file against you. I am old and ill. I feel I should not have to deal with continuouse calls. Remember though I do pay my bills. This will upset the company you are dealing with and they may take you to court for the money you owe them. Ofcourse this is just my opinion.

this number is harrassing me and I will report to the phone company and follow and serve them with papers. They are ignorant and continue Ive told them to cease and desist

If your the company and your reading this I going to seek criminal and civil charges and I will track your information so I can file a police report.

They verbally harass me as well. They are calling for my daughter who has given them her number right in front of me. They do not call her, only me.

First Financial Asset Management has shady business practices even for a collection agency. They are rude and scream and yell and even curse. I have not spoke with one person who I would ever deal with again. My attorney is contacting them and is considering a lawsuit based under provisions of federal law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

First Financial Assett Management.  Bottom-feeding collection agency.  I have a cease & desist order against them, yet they still continue to call me regarding an account I have with GMAC.  I am currently working with GMAC on this, have provided proof of my arrangements to these [***], yet they still continue to call.  My lawyer will be calling them next.

They call me all the time and don't say who there are calling for. I get a call about 10 times a day and I know that is an FDCPA violation because I am a debt collector and the rule about laws just changed to only being able to call a number 4 times a day that's every 2 hours

after about 30 or more calls I HAVE continued to tell them that the person they keep calling about, do not leave here they continue to call and sometimes they become very rude, they repeat over and over that I better get in touch with this person.sometimes they use recordings several times a day interrupting me trying to sleep after working 12 hrs. shift.

They keep calling when they've been told not to.  I don't know who they are or what they want.

They keep calling my company and asking for an employee that hasn't been here for a very long time.  I keep telling them and they keep saying they are removing my phone number, but they obviously don't.
