The same thing happened to us.  An unauthorized charge on our phone bill and Green Initiatives Refused to credit our account.  No supervisor will call me back.  You can't even understand the recording they play back for you.   THIS IS A SCAM....GREEN INITIATIVES is stealing from you....I am on the phone now trying to get AT&T to remove the charges.  The said previously they could not remove the charges.  I also tried to contact PaymentOne Corp....but now help yet....

I recieved a call from this 866-868-9314 number and they wanted to know if i was a green business. After this call I recieved a $49.99 charge on my phone bill from them. They added me to their green list without my permission and now they are sending charges to my AT&T bill....Well, as you can see - I'm pretty upset about this. I called the 866-868-9314 number and it is out-of-service now...So I had to call PaymentOne Corp at 888-465-3349 and they issued a block "effective immediately" and gave a confirmation number to me...The confirmation number is what AT&T needs in order to correct the charges on your bill. Get it from PaymentOne. Also, during this period of slamming' I got another charge from an associated company with Green Init called "ILD Teleservices 800-433-4518" charging me $12.95 for a voicemail service and I never talked to anyone from this company. CHECK YOUR PHONE BILL EVERY MONTH!

They kept saying yes when i kept asking if it was free. Now I can't get through by phone or e-mail to cancel. I don't know what to do

My busineses also get called several times a day, we have just started hanging up on them. I just spent over an hour on the phone with these people and after not giving in and threatening legal action they finally said they would issue me a refund. I wil be checking my bill to make sure they do. They are a scam and need to be shut down. They were very persistent about not giving me a refund, but then I told them I was online and they have tons of complaints for the same thing I was calling about. I even told them that what they basically stole my money and they were lucky I wasn't charging them interest for using my money. Be persistant  and hopefully you will get result. good luck

I do not worry much about people like these.  I have 3rd party billing blocked on my business account because of people like these.  without the code they cannot charge anything to my phone bill.  Have A Nice Day!  lol

Same old scam, I recorded the conversation & then when the supervisor tried to defend the agent about what the person said or didn't say, I played it back.  Silence then he starts going on how it's illegal to record w/o notice, I rewind to the beginning where I notify the person the call will be recorded. "Oh OK I can get you a refund except for the taxes as those are required by law"  I almost laughed.  Full refund!

Put 3'rd party billing blocked on your line, no more problems.

I too have been scamed by this company not once but twice.  After going through hell to have it cancelled, they put the charge of 50.99 a month back on my bill again!!!  They gave me a bogus name of "Robert Jones" who was the person at my business that gave authorization.  Funny thing..... no Robert Jones at my business.  What a common bogus name to use.  And...  This supposedly Robert Jones met at a "third party" location to authorize this monthly charge and sign paper work.   I also called AT&T and had a third party block placed on my bill.  Somehowthey were able to get through again and AT&T is no help!!!!  I am reporting these thieving [***] to the BBB and the Attorney General.  I want my 874.00 refunded immediately!!!!

I have been charged 50.99 per month on my AT&T bill from PaymentOne and Green Initiatives, LLC for over a year.   I have disputed these charges numerous times.  Each time I am told that an employee of mine "Robert Jones" authorized the charges and they have a recording.  Wow.... I don't have any employees and never have.  I'm just a person with a phone.  When I ask to hear the recording "Ed" at Green Intiatives refuses to let me hear it. I am also given a "bogus"  confirmation number each time that does absoloutely nothing and told it will take 60 to 90 days to drop off my bill.  When I call back, I am told that they have no record of me calling to cancell.  Imagine that..... no recording of those conversations to cancell, but one from a fictious man named "Robert Jones" to accept charges.  AT&T says they cannot do anything as the FCC prevents them putting a third party block on phone lines.  I don't even know what the hell this company is and what services they offer.  I would also like to know what I have been getting for 50.99 a month other than FRAUDED??????  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS A MASSIVE SCAM  !!!!!  They need to all be in JAIL !!!!!!!

I just got a messege from this Todd Fisch wanting to use my center , thanks god i seen your add..
