Unwanted call

Got a call from this number for some Asian person I never heard of. I have had this number for over 3 years. I thought all these calls for the previous owners of the number would have stopped by now. I guess not.

They asked me for my Social Security number.  I refused, and they hung up.  They sound like scheists to me.

Tried to tell them their info was wrong - the guy got really snotty with me - kept asking for my address - ya right, as if!  He said, "You obviously know what this is about or you wouldn't be like this..."  I said, "I know what this is about, your information is wrong and since no one will do the right thing, I will exercise my freedom to hang up on you."  They still call every day.  Needless to say, I don't answer unless I know the caller.  Ugh.

Same thing for me. I refused to give them any info. The lady who called said the name of her company was Norris. When I asked who or what "Norris" is she said "for security reasons I cannot tell you" I told her for security reasons I couldn't answer her questions and hung up.

I get this one almost daily. I don't answer numbers I don't know, and they don't leave a message.

Received calls once a week from Matt to call back.

Getting the same guy, same thing.  Have no idea what they want, have not received anything from them other than phone calls.  Like others, I don't talk to people I don't know unless I initiate the call.

I have gotten numerous calls from this #.   I asnwered once because they called so much I wanted to find out what it was for.  THis guy was extremely rude and when I asked where he was calling from he told me he couldnt tell me due to security reasons.  I had asked him to no longer call me.  I have now gotten more calls.  If anyone else could file a complaint!  I have filed a few on the do not call compliant list and am now filing one for the Better Business Bureau!  Anyone else ?!?!  Maybe we can actually get them to stop!

"Beth Gould" keeps calling for a woman's name I have never heard of.

Always while I am at work and no way to get them to stop calling.

Debt collectors are regulated and prohibited by state and federal law from harassing/annoying third parties by phone.

Collectors are allowed to call a third party ONCE to in an attempt to locate/leave a message for a debtor.
That's it.

If you are a third party receiving regular phone calls from a collector, save the recorded messages, log the call frequency and content and file a complaint through an attorney who works on a contingency fee.

Third parties have standing to bring claims!
The FDCPA regulates collectors. Collectors are only allowed to call a third party ONCE!

This is Integrity Debt Solutions! The worst of Serial phone abusers!
First, I have absolutely NO debt issues, current or past. This company must buy the cheapest data on the planet, then, the pitiful employees just pound twentyfive year old data because they have nothing better to work with.

In my experience, this is not a case of mistaken identity, this company just deliberately annoys third parties by phone in the wake of their daily business activity. Management is sloppy, disingenuous and based on repeated behavior, thumbing it's nose at FDCPA regulations.
Productivity/turnover must be atrocious! What could be worse than illegally/repeatedly annoying people who don't owe and don't know.

Clearly, the penalties/fines associated with this activity are not significant enough to deter this policy and practice. Save the incoming call information, document everything and call your local TV station consumer advocate...

They called again today: Same woman, same message. I think she's starting to sound stressed ):
They have absolutely no business with me. Never have had. I'm not even the same gender as the person they outed in May.
I have clearly instructed these people not too call my number ever again, to no avail.

Really terrible community relations for this company and those who contract with them.

Same woman, same message to a known third party...

I have asked them not to call, they have no reason to think I 've changed my directive or have new or any information about the person they are trying to contact!!

This number call us 3-4 times daily.  We learned not to answer and they don't leave a message.  Hopefully they will stop calling.  The first and only call we took they asked for someone we do not know and they don't believe us.  We are sure that if they took the time to research us they would find out we are not who they originally asked for.

calls never leaves a message..4 to five times a week

just called again 3 times in one day does not leave a message harassing on husbands phone,  going on for 4 years now.....
