This number is for fwm laboratories( acai berry). I attempted to call and cancel my order so I won't be charged 87.00 and some change every month automatically. I attempted to cancel this morning and they hang up on you.
Now I am in contact with my bank attempting to stop all charges to my account.

i had the same experience and having the same identical problem.  I am reporting to bbb as well !!!

I called number again and was answered by (MIKE), he took my information for cancellation and replied would send out a cancellation packet(to my email address) per management. Lets see if that will happen before any charges are due !! or before BBB gets involved...

Yes, this I called and spoke with Alex, who told me he would call me back! Now when I call the number it says the mailbox is full?! Whatever~

Yes, I am just now finding out the hard way about this toxic scam.   I also cannot get through to the "full" mailbox, but intend to keep trying.   In the meantime I'm sending a certified or registered letter to the address in North Miami Beach, with threats of contacting the state attorney general's office.  Very disheartening to say the least !    My husband is verrry pissed that I'd be this naive to have ordered the "free trial product" to start with.

This company has my son's atm card and is making unauthorized charges, or someone has obtained his card number and is making unauthorized purchases.  I called the 866 number as well and received a mailbox full message.  My bank is working the issue.

I have tried repeatedly to call but get the same message as everyone else.  I also tried to get a website that had customer service but had no luck.  I called my credit card company but they said nothing can be done until a charge actually appears.  Also, they said it wouldn't do any good to change the card number.  I have to wait and file a complaint against the charge.

I keep calling the number and keep getting the mailbox full message. I am sending in  a certified letter as well. This is a scam, they know exactly what they are doing. I got the first months charge so I am going to dispute it it with my bank. See what happens.

This happened to me too. I have been charged the 87.00 and will be disputing it with my bank and am sending a certified letters as well!!!

Same here.  My husband is very pissed.  I did the double whami with the Total Cleanse too.  UGH!  My CC company said that even though the line sounds dead, wait and someone will answer eventually.

I never received the "free trial" and was charged $89.31! I have contacted my bank, had to shut down my account and am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank...

I had the same thing happen and a charge of $87.00 and some change was discovered on my account.  After getting the "full mailbox" message, I was able to get through with a phone number to FWM Laboratories of 866-949-0138.  I spoke with an operator that identified herself as Jamie.  After being placed on hold at various times for a total call time of 20 minutes, I was told that I would receive an e-mail within 24 hours to confirm the return of the $87.00.  Have to see what happens next...

I been having the same problems as everyone has stated but i got online and found the site and all my information was there for the trail order that i never recieved and they also took 87.13 out of my account that i'm trying to get back. their information is the following: www.acaiberrydetox.com

once you get on the website if you click on member at the bottom and put in your email you can pull up all your information if you used this site. good luck everyone hope we can get our money back i also cancel my card so they can't take anymore out

i called 18669490138 and was able to cancel my order they said i would recieve a refund in 48 hours the numbers to this place seems to change often but if you are on their website i listed above you will find one that works

I also stupidly feel for this scam!!!  I found the 866-949-0138 number as well and called spoke to a woman named "Mel" who took my cancelation and said I would receive a notice by e-mail in 24hours.  Thanks for the info about the website, I did find my order.

Someone answered right away, I am on hold right now for Roxanne.  Thanks for the info.  Let us know if you get the email.
BTW, has anyone eve got any pills?  I never received one but was charged for the sample and an extra shipment.

I also fell for this stupid scam.  Does anybody know even the name of the company?  Or is it a company?  Yeap! got charged 87.13.  for a 3.95 shipping and handling charge.

I got charged a shipping charge and the 87.13 and never got the product.
