I got called by this number today while at my office on my business line. A lady said she was calling from Sprint and wanted to ask me some questions, a customer satisfaction survey. I said I am busy at the moment, and she said she will call back. Is this a true Sprint or someone phishing for information?

This number called me while I was at work on my celll phone.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  If I had known it was about a customer service survey, I would have definitely answered and told them how much they suck ass in NY.  I mean, really, in Manhattan, the financial capitol of the world and I cant get service?  What's up with that.

No message calls late in evening

Just called, no message, and I dont even subscribe to Sprint for anything.

I got one too...I didn't answer but do receive Sprint cell phone service.

I did not answer the call but I googled the number.
And yes it is a Sprint together with Nextel
telemarketing customer satisfaction survey call.

I have received this call a few times, no message, and I have never called them back.  I will enter the name in my cell as DO NOT ANSWER.  Thanks for the great info on this site.

I just received a call on my cell phone from this #. No message. I don't have sprint either...

I've received 2 calls from 866-877-9830 with no messages.  How annoying that Sprint feels justified in wasting wireless minutes for telephone solicitations and surveys.  Frankly I wish I had answered a survey call about Sprint.  I would love to tell them just how much their customer service sucks!  Seriously, I regret signing a two year contract with this company on a weekly basis.

I just cancelled my contract with Sprint and have been called about 5 times a day (starting at 9am) ever since.  The service is so bad I won't pick up their calls for fear of what I might say.

Got this call today, 2 times.  Didn't answer and no message was left. As with another report, I had recently cancelled my Sprint account.  Prior to that I didn't receive these calls. But I used the number by "Dal" 800-865-7786 and "opted" out.  I found you don't have to wait for the entire commentary to be said, just press "one" when they start talking about giving account into to other affiliates and it takes it.

Probably a Sprint business/marketing affiliate . . . or someone who has "stolen"/is misusing Sprint cellular customer infomation.  The entity/caller has never left a VM message, and from what I am reading from other folks here, it's also possible that this is the entity that Sprint partners with when conducting customer satisfaction.  I've received these calls very early in the morning (3 AM - local) or very late at night (11 PM - local), which is not good customer relations.

I have no relationship (current or past) with Sprint, however I've received several calls from this number with no message left.

Just rteceive twoo calls from this number, no ID, no VM, anything at all to be identified.....Thanks for all the post about this phone number...From now on this calls are going to, "do not accept..."....

Just made the connection that it was Sprint that was harrassing me with unknown caller calls on both cell and landline phones...I have been fighting with Sprint since February 2007 over no service.  I was told that it states in the contracts that Sprint does not guarantee service. lol Next time I get one of these calls I will answer and when they hang up I will continue to call them just to see if maybe I can get any better service....or maybe just to annoy!
