- VC| 4 repliesCall (voice mail) from the law offices of Vincent P Signorelli for Michelle Riley. The ABA lists no attorney by that name. There is an attorney named Walter P Signorelli in White Plains, NY...same guy?...a relative?...no relation?

- Salmon| 8 repliesHis name is: Vincent Peter Cignarale.
Doesn't really matter how his name is spelled...he's bad action just the same, according to Budd Hibbs:
You do NOT want to send any money to debt collector
Vincent Cignarale for the following reasons:
1) These debts are mostly bogus, bought for pennies, many
out of statute.
2) Harvey Denis & Jack Sortino have never legally proven
one debt in a legal setting, they have manufactured
thousands of phony documents that are loaded with perjury.
3) There is a high probability that Vincent Peter Cignarale
will not survive for very long, that he will suffer the same
fate as his predecessors in a sea of lawsuits and financial ruin.
4) The New York State Bar is now aggressively going after
lawyers like Vincent who ‘rent’ their law licenses for a
commission on collected debts, from a phony law office
in a satellite location.
5) Buffalo, NY has such a high profile as the worst, most
sleazy, liars, thieves, conmen, drug addicted, convicted
felons and other criminal debt collectors that consumers
have stopped paying debt collectors up there by the millions.
6) Finally, it’s just WRONG! These are criminals, who
extort monies they are NOT entitled to. Most of them
belong in jail; not sending them money will hasten their demise.
If you are contacted by anyone from this Rent-A-Lawyer’s office
get in touch with us for assistance and referral to a REAL lawyer
who can assist you. Vincent won’t be around for very long; let’s
hasten his demise by being smart. Tape record their calls, send
us any letters you receive (Fax: 817-348-8128) contact the
officials at the state bar:

- AMC3rd message left by this company, this time left by a machine stating that I needed to call back d/t an important legal matter. Called back and was transferred to Robert Reeder by a Mr. Moe. Explained previous contact and that they are making calls to the wrong person, Mr. Reeder read notes in case from previous call - which were mostly inaccurate - that said caller (me) would not verify SSN. I told him that was correct and that I still would not give them my SSN. Mr. Reeder said that I would continue to receive calls then, and hung up on me.

- LATBasically same message as AMC received. I do know one thing. That every state has a statue on debt collection. Some state if the debt is x old and the company wrote off and as long as you do not return calls or acknowledge letters the debt cannot be reactivated by another company. I would think this pertains to this idiot. They bought debts for pennies and now are trying to reactivate the acct.'s to attempt to collect. I've checked my credit history and have had these show up on it without owing. I have then had them removed by notifying the credit report people with filing an argument.

- Moi| 2 replies"Hi ____ (my name), um, this call is actually for ____ (my friend). We're looking to speak with her about a legal matter. We need to talk to her about. I have a file on my desk that definitely, um, regards her, um. If you'd like to give me a call back. If you have any information that can help her or give her the information. Ah, my number is 1(866)878-5796, at extension 358. Okay? And her file number with us is ______ (the number). Thank you very much. Have a good day."
When I called them back (at 8:35 pm!), they answered and I told them I got a call from ext. 358. They transfered me to ext. 333 and he mistook me for my friend. I told them my name and that I got a call about my friend. They asked if I knew how to get ahold of her and told them I did. They asked for her information and I told them that I would be happy to give her their message, but I would not give them her information. He responded by stating that it was an extremely urgent legal matter and she needed to call back immediately. He asked if I would call her when I got off the phone with him and I said yes (at this point not realizing that this guy was bunk). He made me repeat back the number, ext. number, and her file number. He said that they would be waiting for her call. I have NO IDEA how they got my number!!! We've never even been roommates! - JMEI received a phone call from this number telling me that I owed interest on a loan I had paid off over a year ago. They couldn't give me any information from the original company, nor would they provide me with any written documentation. They were adimit that I do a check over the phone to take care of this immediately or I would be sued/legal action would start in 21 days. I contacted them to receive the correct spelling of their name, (Cignarale) and where they are located (Lancaster NY). Should I further pursue this with my own attorney? Any thoughts???

- noodlheadGood Afternoon this is Mrs. McMilling I'm a legal assistant calling from the law office of Vincent P Cignarale there is a file placed in our office that directly concerns you. I do need a call back at 866-878-5796 ext 345 when calling refer to file # ********. Audible "call center" noise in the back ground.
The ironic thing about this is that we paid off all of our debt six months ago, and none of it was in arrears anyway. I tried to call and put in the extension they provided and got "Mr. Jones" voicemail, which was a woman's voice, I didn't leave them a message. - noodlheadis it intersting to any of you that all of our calls have been in the last 30 days.
