ARS buys bad debt. I do not calls from unknown numbers, I block them if there is no voicemail.  They don't leave a message but once blocked they just call from a different number. Fk em

Called claimed to be with its. Wanted my ss number. Obvious fraud.

I am on a do not call list

I have blocked 49 tele marketers on my phone and that is all the server allows.   I file a complaint for  repeated calls  at the national do not call call site.   That puts a stop to that number.

These people call many times a day both at home and on my cell phone. My cc company sold them my debt, but I filed bankruptcy on that debt. It's against US Bankruptcy laws for them to contact me or try to contact me. These are bad guys and do not play by the rules.

ARS.. I just sent them a payment and now they are calling me again.  They even started calling me at work after I repeatedly told them to not call me on the job!  I even went as far as telling them you call me at work again, I quit sending you payments until you stop.  I know I owe them money, buy my husband lost his job 4 months ago and we had zero money and bills were piling up.. They need to back the hell off.  I've told them the situation and they just don't get it!

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.
