THEy call and hang up ALL the time, its robo dialer checking numbers for telemarketers, IF you answer that is when you will receive calls from people or automated messages, do not call the numberback

We have been receiving calls from this number for quite a while...Caller leaves message "If this is Madaline C press 1, if this is not Madalina C press 2" I totally ignore the calls but they are annoying and I do not know what to do to prevent them

have no idea who this is but they keep calling asking for a Dana B reeve and there is no such person here and says in the message if it is dana b reeve press 1 if not press 2  I won't answer it

I received a phone call from them today. I didn't answer the call. No message left.

I received a call from this number, I didn't answer, but when I listened to the voicemail it was just some guy laughing.

866-489-2669 aka 888-866-0457 aka 866-880-4241 aka 847-869-6034 aka 214-988-6800 - Calls my business at all hours of the day and night! Always shows up on Caller ID as 800 Service. When you answer, there's no one on the line. My business does NOT owe anyone anything, as my shop is completely debt free. I'm not sure who these people are, but they keep calling our 2nd roll-over line, not our main line, at all hours of the day and night, yet they never leave a message. Reported each and every call to the FCC.gov website as harassment, as they won't respond, they won't acknowledge who they are, their Caller ID is clearly spoofed, they are calling at times that are illegal and they have the WRONG NUMBER. We just purchased this business and the numbers back in November 2012. I don't owe anyone anything. Hopefully the FCC can get them to stop calling us.

Calls every single day and never leaves a message...can't block them no one on the line and no message left. Very annoying. I downloaded an app that supposedly blocks these calls but they still come through...ugh

This "company" has used two phone numbers today - 866-823-1656 and 866-880-4241 to call me.  Enough is Enough!

This moron calls every single day. And on my cell phone to boot. Thanks worthless legislature for selling us out to corporate concerns once again. Jerks.

If you goto the website because of the shut down they even shut down their website. It's like 2 yr olds "since we cant work were going to take all of our information down so you cant benefit from our past work" So childish. The website is paid for, and it's being hosted regardless. There is no need for a staff to have information available to the public. Even if the numbers available are not valid right now it's good to be able to look up the information about what we can do when things get back on track.

So tired of these calls!  I just bought something from ebay and that seller sold my info to a leads list company!  So, as these calls come in and I accidentally answre them, I say, "*** County FBI how may I transfer your call" and they hang up and stop calling!  Hey, whatever works!  The gov DNC list is a JOKE as to me, that too is one's profitable leads list IMHO!  The whistle does nothing.  I have cut the calls back stating I am some sort of authority figure....I hope this helps!  Good luck!

The DNC only protects from the honest business,s.  And its for telemarketers, charity's, Political and some survey's are exempt.  Most of the honest ones will remove you and put you on a internal DNC when asked. Otherwise, you need to contact the Political Parties directly and tell them DNC and they will remove you, and you can sign up for the political DNC (this works pretty well really)  http://stoppoliticalcalls.org/index.php  Then when one does call, you simply go directly to their web site (most have them) and email them a DNC letter, I included the url for the political DNC for the one I have had over the last 12 years or so and told him to use it! :)

So that only leaves the illegal Telemarketers, scammers, extortion scammers, fake Windows support scam and frauds.. and those people do not obey laws period!  Some of those are in foreign country's and thats a whole new puddle of red tape, but it does happen that they get caught.. And the scammers caught in the US get the go to jail card and heavy fines on the illegal telemarketers.

this number seems to trace to Central Credit Services, they call 2 to 3 times a day and also use (866) 376-4649. They always call, they use a robo caller, and even when you say you are not teh person they keep calling, and won't tekk you what teh call is about. I am pretty sure they are doing something illegal with these tactics (and i don't even owe any money, guess it was teh last guy who had this number).  Googling this number also brings up a couple of lawyers that are offering to sue them, guess this is a common problem.

Next time they call i am gunna press 1 and tell them exactly how i feel....i am also filing a complaint with the FTC.

They call for a "Marta C Brown".  I pressed "2" and it kept repeating "If this is NOT Marta C Brown, please press '2' now."

Constant calls.  Unfortunately the DNC laws are not enforced despite numerous complaints and sometimes over a period of years.  It is not right and millions of people suffer from phone harassment.

Unknown caller. No voicemail.  No answer.
